SpringHill Suites Dayton South/Miamisburg

Lovely room. Great place for our family and friends. Good accommodations for everyone from out of town. Good breakfast.

This SpringHill Dayton Hotel Marriott was the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My family and I flew into Cincinnati unexpectedly for our uncle’s funeral. After a long flight we then had to drive an additional hour to Dayton. Exhausted from a long day’s travel we book a hotel with favorite Hotel establishments the (Marriott) I think we checked in around 11:30 pm late. Too tired to really inspect in the room we opt out and went Directly to sleep. Waking up for the next day for the funeral to my surprise I see dirty pullout couch to a disgusting shower curtain as well as a bedbug crawling on the bathroom floor. We immediately gathered all of our items, suitcases. No only are we dealing with a loss of a family member now we dealing with this disaster. We immediately informed the hotel staff (Brett) manager of the ordeal ( pictures) to insult our intelligence he describe the bedbug as a beetle. How insensitive can you be we had no time to go back and forth with him we all had a funeral to attend. We left with the worry of transporting bedbugs with us. After the funeral we immediately went to a Laundry Mat to wash and dry all clothes. The unexpected expense from the clothes to the research for a new hotel I’m extremely frustrated to say the least with the lack of support from The Marriott representative. The Marriott is suppose to be the crème de la crème and this is the thanks we get as loyal Customers. My next step is to inform the board of health

We had never stayed at Springhill before but we will definitely book with this chain again. Room was massive, sofa comfortable, beds were very good. It was quiet and very clean. My only complaint was the pool, no towels, and had the most chlorine ever of any pool my kids eyes were burning. We loved that the pool was open till 11pm, staff was friendly, easy check in/ off. Stay here you won't be disappointed.

This place is top notch! Wish all our stays during the trip were here! Felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Room was large, beds comfortable, nice kitchenette area and quiet. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast had eggs and bacon and the other standard fare. Highly recommend!!

Typical Springhill Suites. This property is about 7 years old and in good condition. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was the usual fare for a Springhill Suites. The omelet was very rubbery, which is not unusual for this level of operation. Nice side room in lobby area for groups to meet and just talk. Only 3 towels in bathroom, need more for 2 people on extended stay. There is an indoor pool and exercise area plus outdoor grills and sitting area. Located in the middle of parking lots with Kroger, offices, and apartments. Easy access to highway.

I was greeted with a very friendly , and fast check-in. The gentleman that checked me in represents the Marriott brand well. The suite was nice, very clean, and just what was needed. Great location and breakfast was provided. The pool was nice also. Great stay!

This is a beautiful hotel. I stayed here 3 nights, 9-1 to 9-3. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The employees are friendly, helpful and do a great job. Marcus, Scott & Dustee-- at the front desk were great. Randy-the breakfast attendant did a great job, and the breakfast choices were wonderful. He did a good job in keeping everything well stocked on a busy holiday weekend. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job also-the rooms were very clean. I was glad I chose to stay here and I'll definitely stay here again. Blessings to everyone for treating me so well!

Nice hotel with a full kitchen, living room, and bed & bath. Wonderful bedding. Room was very clean. Delicious breakfast every morning includied. Close to shopping and restaurants. We'll be back.

Stayed end of February. Staff was incredible under circumstances of redoing amenities. Breakfast was amazing... much better than Country Inn across town by same co. Nice selection. Good meeting spots if you have a group. Great computer services. Pool and fitness was very clean. A quick drive or heathy walk to Dayton Mall. Very economic. Wonderful front desk help - best you could find. 5 Stars +++ Loved it - Rich LaRue Centerville OH. PS: Saying hello to Shy, Brett Dustee and all Service Staff!!!
