Red Roof Inn & Suites Pensacola East - Milton

Inexpensive, friendly & clean but loud, hard to find. PRO: only $89 plus tax. $40+ cheaper than competitors. Room large and clean. Staff friendly. Nearby parking. Convenient to re-enter I-10 but see below. Neutral: pets stay free. So barking slightly squabbling dogs in lobby. Breakfast basic no hot food but not expected at this price CON: room 328 towards highway was so loud I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Also heard couple through wall having sex against headboard. Very hard to find entrance to hotel despite seeing the sign. Must drive through Waffle House parking lot off side road. I tried to enter directly from FL281 northbound near red roof sign. Ended up forced onto I-10 eastbound with 8 mile round trip to return! Lastly if you are very tall watch out! Sharply pointed metal chandelier just inside door is dangerous.

Great location right on I-10, just perfect for us weary travellers. Extremely friendly front-desk staff. Clean, comfortable room, priced right. Dog-friendly with NO extra fee! Just wish it were warmer & that we had more time, 'cause that pool looked super-inviting! Absolutely what we needed, when & where we needed it. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable number of cockroaches. On the walls, on the floor, on the ceiling, under the sink in the bathroom. This was really unpleasant, and should not happen in a $100 room. If I want cockroaches, I'll pay $30 for the night, not $100.

So, when we went there, (We choose this hotel to go to a lot) it was clean, although there were a few TINY stains on the bed sheets, but otherwise it was good. Nice hotel, good service, good breakfast. I’d recommend this hotel if you are looking for one and you are nearby the east or north area of pensacola, and you will be near Milton. If you have to split your trip in half by going from a place about 3 hours away, and then go to this hotel and then go to the final destination that is about 5 or so hours from the hotel, I recommend this hotel.

Clean looks new. Right off I10 and next to a Waffle House and gas station right across the street. Room was nice. Two things I didn’t like was the light in bathroom the fan automatically came in and the fan was very loud, there was no coffee in the room. They had coffee in the lobby area 24 hours a day but who wants to go downstairs every time for coffee? The price was reasonable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We had traveled 500 miles in storms and rain on 4/6/22 and we needed to get a good night rest for additional traveling on 4/7/22 and made the terrible mistake of stopping at the Red Roof Inn in Milton. Checking In was not so bad but the moment that we saw how filthy the room was we should have known the worst was yet to come. The partying and loud noises in the hall started about 11 pm and continued until 4 am. TERRIBLE Place and terrible night.

When you walk into the Inn, there is a raunchy smell.. The desk lady was extremely disrespectful. Minutes later, there is a roach in the bathroom when I tried to use it. There was ants and tiny bugs on the bedside dresser. Power went out for 20 minutes.

My dog and I were traveling and we got a king bed 2 room suite. Very impressed with the spacious area for a very reasonable price. The check in person was very pleasant. The suite has a tv in the bedroom and living area. Very clean. I highly recommend!

Room is clean and fresh. My room (now all) has a fridge, microwave, and a nice capsule coffee maker. I was impressed with the service I received at the front desk checking in. I had enough RediCard points for a FREE STAY. So I stayed (free night) 3 nights instead of 2. They mount up if you are travelling. I've had many.
