Hotel Gayatri Palace

Pathetic service, had to request multiple times for water, towels dirty bedsheets, washbasin tap was not working

Hotel is not good. So many issues is there. Not clean. Very bad room service. Non cooperative staff.

We expect something better from make my trip but this property was not like that. Wasn't value for money. Wasn't very neat.

The host at the property were not accommodating or helpful. I had to reach out to make my trip customer case just to get my query resolved.

Except location every other thing is next to pathetic - no hygiene, poor service etc. I wouldn't recommend

Probably the best value for money budget stay in the region. This is just next to the temple and has variety of rooms for different family sizes. There is a restaurant attached which serves decent vegetarian north indian food. It has a lift as well which connects the basement parking area as well, so elderly people don't have to climb the stairs

Very good ambience with cleanness. Mandir is only 5 minutes walk. Staff very cooperative. Good parking space with provision of dormitory for the driver on a very nominal charges. Supported by the restuarant with all types of food items. Hotel management on request also provides panda for devi darshan and puja. No compulsion for dakshina it is totally on you what you want to pay. On the whole stay was very pleasant and satisfying. Room was very neat and clean with good quality of bedsheets, pillow cover and the mattresses. Toilatories items was also of very good quality. Window ac and tv was available

There is no proper cleaning of rooms, do not expect much from the hotel, the only good thing is that out just beside the temple

Overall experience is very good. Location and facility is best. Hotel staffs are well mannered.
