Upon arriving I was greeted by the best front desk lady! She was kind, funny, and very respectful. But that’s where the greatness ended (at the front desk!). After making my way to the elevator things got a little sketchy and I knew I was in for it. The elevator stopped on my floor and I thought for sure I’m stuck in this elevator. Thankfully, it opened despite the noises coming from the top and sides. Upon arriving to my reserved room I knew this was not the place for me. I’ll start with the good first. The room was very spacious plenty of places to put my stuff and the kitchen was very clean. As I worked my way into the room with the king bed I noticed several issues. The AC return was very dirty, the walls are filthy, the sink and the bathtub do not drain very well, there is a electrical box on the wall which is hideous (hang a picture or something), the nightstand was dusty and still had cup rings on it. The caulk around the toilet was nasty and not properly applied, the bathtub was caulked over mold, the ceilings had dust and stains, the bathtub was rusted out, the sink leaked all over the floor I used the trash can to catch the water, the sheets on the bed were not on all the way I had to fix them myself, and the bath towels stunk. I’m so disappointed in Hilton! Do better!
