Upon arrival, the lobby with the fireplace makes a very warm and pleasant impression. The hotel room is very neat and very clean. Room is in pleasant, bright colors. Pictures complete the good first impression. Some things make a very high-quality impression, for example the faucet in the bathroom. I missed a USB plug, which is more and more often placed in lamps or next to the bed to charge the cell phone. The only, but big point of criticism was the breakfast. I looked for coffee cups in vain. I had to ask the staff twice until it was noticed that the disposable cups were used up. Coffee very good. The selection is not very large, comparably much less than in comparable hotels. The orange juice was very negative, probably a cheap product, also with an aftertaste. After it is now common, there are no hot, instead only "warm" scrambled eggs. Only these were not even warm, in the spectrum between warm and cold rather cold to be counted and therefore hardly to be enjoyed. Since the breakfast can not be rated separately, I have to think about what my rating should be. Because certainly hotel guests without breakfast are well accommodated here.

Upon arriving I was greeted by the best front desk lady! She was kind, funny, and very respectful. But that’s where the greatness ended (at the front desk!). After making my way to the elevator things got a little sketchy and I knew I was in for it. The elevator stopped on my floor and I thought for sure I’m stuck in this elevator. Thankfully, it opened despite the noises coming from the top and sides. Upon arriving to my reserved room I knew this was not the place for me. I’ll start with the good first. The room was very spacious plenty of places to put my stuff and the kitchen was very clean. As I worked my way into the room with the king bed I noticed several issues. The AC return was very dirty, the walls are filthy, the sink and the bathtub do not drain very well, there is a electrical box on the wall which is hideous (hang a picture or something), the nightstand was dusty and still had cup rings on it. The caulk around the toilet was nasty and not properly applied, the bathtub was caulked over mold, the ceilings had dust and stains, the bathtub was rusted out, the sink leaked all over the floor I used the trash can to catch the water, the sheets on the bed were not on all the way I had to fix them myself, and the bath towels stunk. I’m so disappointed in Hilton! Do better!

Old and smelly. The hallway smells very strong stinky smells. Digital key doesn’t work. No sheets and blanket for sofa bed prepared. Front desk lady denied delivery to the room, asked us to pickup. When picked up, no extra pillows for sofa bed. The front desk lady said hotel out of pillow. I asked then how I sleep, she is not even feel sorry for that. The sofa bad is very dirty, I can see the hairs on the changed bed fitted sheet. This is the worst experience for all these years through Hilton. Warning ! Do NOT Come.

I have been living here for the past 4 months and from the very first day I arrived, Daniel checked me in and immediately made me feel like family! Over the last 4 months I can honestly say that the staff is the most amazing I have ever experienced at a hotel. With that being said Daniel always seems to be working the days and times when I am coming through. Daniel has went above and beyond to accommodate and assist in making my stay as comfortable as possible, treating me like family and being in a first name basis makes me feel like we are old friends. Daniel is a great employee and the rest of the staff has been amazing also.

We always stay here during our travels to Alabama. This time we had a room that wasn't up to par with our normal experience. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk and they immediately took care of the issues and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this hotel and Daniel, the front desk manager is awesome!

PROs: The price is reasonable for a large family. We enjoyed the breakfast bar. The room has what we needed. The staff are fantastic people and respectful to all guests. CON: Room 115 has the outside landscaping light pointed directly at the window. The curtains are not adequate to block out this bright light. You will not get a deep sleep. Bring your eye mask. I should have went out side and covered with a dark trash bag..but too tired to do that at 2AM and outside at that hour in Mobile...just not safe.

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with this hotel chain. The staff is rude and not welcoming. The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of renovating and deep cleaning. The only thing clean in the room was the sheets. My hubby and I cleaned the room with Clorox wipes and sprayed everything down with micro-ban because we didn’t have time to waste bartering for a different room because we had family waiting for us. The shower head had mold all over it, as well as the ceiling in the bathroom. There was food left in the fridge from the previous guest. We didn’t make an issue of it because the lady that checked us in said that was the only room available and we knew we would only be there to sleep. We were in room 238 which had this sporadic sound of a chair being dragged the entire time which scared me out of my sleep a few time during the night. There was a horrid smell that we assumed came from something someone was cooking in their room. At checkout the lady just asked if we were checking out, reached for the key and said have a good day. Don’t waste your money at this hotel, you would have a much better stay at the Hampton across the street.

Our room smelled of mold and was very dirty. We stayed for a week, and were unable to get our room cleaned (even though we requested service several times). The breakfast area was filthy, and I saw gnats in the strawberries for the oatmeal. When I reported this, the attendant covered the gnat infested strawberries with wax paper.

Angela argued with me stating I couldn’t get a digital key or a late check out.Angela stated that she was a diamond member as well and she knows how the system work. Her attitude was so nasty. She screamed at me even I asked a question Management customer service poor. Crystal ,Angela and Mary had nasty attitudes.Crystal the assistant manager told my under age daughter things that didn’t concern her because her name eas not on the room. Crystal told my underage daughter that we couldn’t stay in the upgrade room anymore because it wouldn’t be available That was nothing to tell my daughter. Nyla and Roshonda made my stay so much better! Those two women had outstanding customer service and both deserve a raise!
