Well first off great hotel,the food is amazing at the hotel and so much choice. So if you say you can't find anything then you must be very fussy. The rooms are fine and had being sports on TV so got to watch some football when getting ready to go out. Special mention to habib in restaurant very nice bloke. Now all the bar staff are great but big big shout outs to Sami and ginger beer who were like as in there words brothers from different mothers. The entertainment team work hard all day and always up for helping and getting you involved. So all in all a great hotel which we will definitely be going back too . The snack bar is a nice choice for lunch with great views and the beach bar is always a nice touch.

Value for money holiday . Please remember this when reading reviews ... This is 4 star in Tunisia the hotel I feel was spotless .. the rooms were a bit tired and some balconies were bigger than others ?? But not a major prob , our balc door didn't shut properly ( they fixed it within 30 mins ) . Ok the staff .. were the friendliest I've ever met ... A mention to Anis ( wunderbar ) hardest working man ... The young men in activity pool bar always smiling. And The animation team were the most interactive gang too , always trying to get everyone involved ( not your cup of tea just say no ) hats off to them for their dedication . Food was plentiful and well cooked .. don't forget the amazing freshly cooked donuts 4 pm everyday ,( gert lush ) they also produced a lovely birthday cake for 2 of our party x Deffo book a night in the Tunisian restaurant .. great food and ambience . The beach hut did amazing burgers and pizzas over looking the sea ..all inc too and don't forget the baguette and beach bar .. so not far to walk on a beach day for a sandwich or drink .. beach security all the time ... Ok looky looky ppl pass by at the shores edge .. security do not allow them to approach on the sand . Watersports reasonable £20 for 10 mins on a jet ski , etc The evening entertainment very acrobatic and circus style but clever . Great WiFi throughout resort .. which is great as expensive for mobile data there . The cleaning ladies need a mention... Poolside was spotless aswell as our towels rooms too ... A tip these staff work hard please tip them ... 4 tunisian dinar to the pound roughly .. I was happy to give 5 to 10 dinar alot and they were so grateful .. We did el jem colliseum excursion too which was awesome a must for history buffs , included was a pirate ship swim stop which was ok . I could go on but all in all it was a very pleasant stay and they work hard so deserve a great review ... Go with an Open mind xx

Wonderful holiday at a wonderful hotel. Food was amazing and the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment was first class and very enjoyable. Rooms are well furnished and really clean. Pools and gardens really well maintained and a lovely clean private beach. No complaints at all apart from wish we'd stayed 2 weeks not just one.

We had a fantastic week at aqi Hotel. The staff were so friendly and polite. The food was amazing. The entertainment staff were fantastic. The private beach and all the extra activities were amazing. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be coming back with friends. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so memorable and relaxing. If you read any negative report's, please disregard. It is the best hotel we have stayed in in years xx

I cannot rate this hotel enough. From start to finish it was the most perfect, relaxing holiday. The staff here work incredibly hard all day and all night long. From bar staff, animation team, lifeguards, waiters, groundskeepers, cleaners and maintenance, they never fail to smile or say hello. They really do make this place amazing. Food was great, always something to eat even for the fussiest of eaters! I do want to make a couple of personal shoutouts to the staff who made a real difference to our holiday. Sami (at the pool bar) was incredibly attentive and a joy to talk to and also Panda (from the animation team) always had time to chat and boy did that man have some moves! The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily (including fresh towels/bedding) Thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Thank you from Gemma, Owen, Evie, Oliver and Amelie!

Lovely hotel wonderful staff good food ,clean rooms The beach is nice the pools also lovely suitable for all ages. I personally enjoyed watching tennis matches. And i celebrated my birthday their so it was memorable It was a nice experience, i hade so much fun and made some good memories excited to comeback late August of 2024

We are just home and want to be back already!! Everything was great, it felt safe enough to let my 11 yr old boy run around with friends he had met. Lifeguards are very on the ball at the pool, and at the beach, the food in the dining room is plentiful and we always found something, sometimes having to queue for a little longer to get it though. The staff work tirelessly from the cleaners, gardeners, waiting staff and entertainment staff and there are always activities to be joining in with. We will be back soon hopefully

Time for some honesty about this place. The reviews are why we booked and people need to be told the truth! I added my comments to FB group and they stopped the comments. It's a 4* but more like a 3 it's a very tired needs updating. You have to go get every drink, and there is no service. The staff are very friendly and this is not there fault but you literally have to do everything. Even at breakfast you get your own drinks. One morning we asked for coffee and was told the machine is over there... only paper cups where available. The rooms had ants we had to get boiling water to kill them and used the towels to clean them away. The swimming pool area was also full of ants. There is an odour of sewage from the bathrooms and also when at the pool you can smell it. If you want water in ur room that you need to have due to the heat and to brush ur teeth again you have to get it yourself. The food is Ok. We booked this place due to its amazing reviews and I have to say it's OK but please don't expect much as it's simply ok. Lots of people also had bad tummies. The alcohol was all cheap none branded. There was only 4 cocktails that again where not great due to the cheap alcohol. We stayed in a two bed family room. It had 2 plug sockets for the whole room we had two teenage kids it was a nightmare charging things. The cleaners would knock for one knock then just walk in the room. We asked them to leave but came back again no waiting even when we locked the door and put on the do not disturb tab on the door. But they still came in 0 privacy. One day my teenage kids staying it bed not feeling great. The cleaning lady came in and cleaned with out him being awake. Not at all OK. They changed the sheets 1 day out of 7. Tea and coffee facilities - you have to ask for it and they do not top up the coffee or tea. The fridge did not work it over froze everything so when we bought things for the fridge it became useless and un drinkable -it froze solid. The air-conditioning was on and off working and was so hot and at times was warming the room not cooling it. It was cooler outside than in. We complained to TUI and requested to move but they just messed about and it never happened. We did try see the rep daily but never saw him on site hence.why we did it via the app. The rep on the way back we asked about the coach the rep said just get on any as they all go the the airport. Then we are asked to get off the coach to get on to a different one. Was a complete mess then the rep left on the coach for us all to just deal with ot our selves no organisation what so ever. Avoid as it's not that great!!

The best family holiday, amazing staff and lots of activities for the family, amazing weather and good rooms for the full family, the friendliest staff member is loji and she is the best one we will come back again, the food is also amazing, best holiday ever.
