Nice place to get away

This location is always clean and well lit outside. The rooms feel like home and the beds are soft.It's close to both wind Creek ******s. The front desk staff is very sweet. They make you feel at home. We will be back in March.

The hotel was located just off I-80 and near lots of resturants and stores. I was given an upgrade to a two bedded suite and the suite was nice spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and cozy with both two soft and hard pillows each. Parking was not a issue as well. Check-in was fast. Overall, I would stay here again.

I previously stated this hotel, because it is close to my daughters university. But this time the room and the air conditioning venting, was horrific, triggering my bronchitis, and making for an extremely uncomfortable sleep due to my inability to breathe comfortably. multiple stains on the floor broken dishware in the cabinetry. Super unfortunate because the staff is wonderful and I hate for them to have to take the hit for the maintenance side of the facility.

It was clean and felt safe. Check in was great, with a kind and well mannered young man. Was made to feel welcomed. Will recommend to other and stay again.

The accommodations where nice and spacious, the bath tub could have been cleaned better. The staff were friendly and professional. I had booked a room with a full kitchen but did not get the room I wanted with an oven. We were there 5 nights and I had planned on baking a dish but was not able to do so.

Carpet was dirty and stained. Coffee pot was dirty. No breakfast. No coffee offered nor available. We were informed that the property was being converted to extended stay. We were woken up at 4 am by someone trying to enter the room with a pass key. Shortly after that someone from the front desk tried to enter the room with a pass key. We were informed that there was a mix up in the system that showed the room was empty and was assigned to another patron who arrived in the middle of the night. The only thing positive was that the staff was courteous in a difficult situation.

I recently visited my grandparents and stayed at a hotel that was close to their place. We arrived at the hotel a little before midnight and one of the front desk staff had to check us in. It was his first shift, so we had to be patient while another co-worker helped him. Although it was slightly frustrating after a long day of traveling, we eventually got our keys and went to our room. The room was clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was great too. However, the ladies who worked at the front desk were a bit condescending when I asked about breakfast (which they didn't provide, only coffee) and a shuttle to the airport (which they also didn't provide). When I asked about a car rental service, one of the ladies told me to refer to my smartphone, even though there was one just two minutes away. It seemed like she was being rude and unhelpful on purpose. On the other hand, all the male staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again for short trips. It's conveniently located near a Waffle House, which was a nice bonus.

Probably the worst hotel we have stayed in. It was not clean, including underwear left in the drawers. Some of the cups, dishes and utensils were not clean. Did not have a TV remote. Asked at the front desk and they could not provide one. Coffee was not available for the coffee maker either in the room or at the front desk. Recommend not staying here.
