Best Western Monticello

Very good and clean

A real gem! The hotel is nothing fancy but it’s super clean, convenient, quiet, comfortable and close to Bethel Woods. The breakfast is very good, free Lindt chocolates at check in and a friendly staff. Overall an excellent value in Monticello.

The breakfast staff was amazing so many choices to choose from. Amber and grace went above and beyond. I will definitely be back soon. And stay longer than just a night, next trip will be with the children and a few days of stay. The place is so clean

over all not bad, it provided a clean room and decently comfortable bed, think price was high for this kind of hotel, could use some updating, furniture looked newer, but carpet, bathroom door and exhaust/heater in bathroom could be refreshed, bathroom door looked cheap old hollow wood door, the heater in the bathroom was controlled by a twist timer outside the bathroom that looked like it was from the 60's , lots of unnatural light in the room can make it hard to sleep, light from under hall door and peep hole, and the alarm clock was insanely bright, i had to put in in the nightstand drawer , also the wall light switch had an orange night light in the switch that was very annoying i rolled hand towels and put them at the bottom of the door, hung a bag from the door to cover the light switch and blocked the peep hole to darken the room

The view from our balcony was so pretty. Looking out to the mountain range. The hotel was very clean. And we really enjoyed the indoor pool.

The room was super clean everything at our likings very close to the areas we wanted to visit there’s 2 gas stations across the street a pizzeria with 1 minute walk and near the highway we like this location it’s only about 9 minutes away from the Catskills resort

The staff is amazing and we’re all so very helpful! The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was quite a little set up. You can tell this hotel takes pride in keeping it clean and up to date. Would recommend 10/10

The staff was amazing and are very accommodating with whatever needs I may have had. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve been to for a hotel. The pool was nice and very relaxing along with the sauna.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. If you have a disability you definitely don't want to be at this hotel! The management is horrible out of six days they only gave four rolls of toilet paper and that's with a person that has a disability of Crohn's disease and IBS. Also the hotel manager Amber is very mean and nasty and all she does is gossip all day long to the guests and co-workers she talks about the other guests two other guests and coworkers. The rooms are not great at all you definitely have to clean them on your own there was hair and her sink there was stains on her wall the TV was broken there was things on the sheets. The breakfast was the same thing every day for six straight days and it's horrible it's just one big frozen bag of sausage links that they have in the freezer and one big bag of scrambled eggs that they have in the refrigerator and it's the same peach yogurt everyday and the same three types of cereal which that's fine but they don't have regular milk it's only almond milk and if you want fruit be prepared to have a bruised banana or a bruised Apple they will give you nothing else so there's no strawberries or blueberries or whipped cream if you want to have a nice waffle you just have to have whatever they have which would be the same butter and you're lucky if you get good syrup. Most of all it's just not a good place you might as well spend a few extra dollars in gas to go up the road to resorts world the ****** you'll have so much more options there. Also it's not really a good place for couples the pool is very tiny on top of it being a small pool it only goes up to 5 ft they don't even have a hot tub they have the tiniest little sauna I've ever seen in my life and it's not very clean and it does not work properly. Also if you want to do laundry be prepared that people that actually live there and work there are probably going to be doing their laundry so you'll be lucky if you get to do your laundry. All around if you don't have to stay here don't stay here. God forbid you forget something like a toothbrush or shaving cream or anything they're very stingy with providing you with anything even though they usually have it usually that stuff is involved in the price of your room. Again if you can stay somewhere else I would definitely recommend it
