Clean, warm, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Close to Bayfair mall. Located on a busy road that only goes one way. Plenty of parking inside. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Great service from staff also. Easy check in. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the worst place I have stayed in my life. I stayed with my family during the last school holidays just prior to ANZAC day. It was so noisy. If you like automobiles, this is the place for you! Trains go past every 30 minutes and shake the whole room - this occurs throughout the night until at least 3am. There is the constant noise of trucks and cars going past the adjacent main highway. You also get the occasional plane being close to an airport. Plus, as an added bonus, at 2am on the first night some of the residents were having a massive domestic screaming at each other for an hour, with doors slamming and stomping around. It gave vibes that this motel is being used for Kainga Ora emergency housing based on the cliental. If you do have the unfortunate privilege of staying here, make sure you bring some earplugs - this helped me get through our second night, despite wanting to head home early! The room itself was ok, and the poor lady at reception was pleasant to deal with. The only hope for this place is to sell up to KO, or be a place for those with hearing impairments who wont mind the noise.

Easy check in, accommodating, friendly, called me up when I forgot items in room, it had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Convenient location. Clean and tidy, would definitely come back here. They also gave us extra sheets for the couch.

Thankful for awesome stay, clean, comfy beds, fantastic hot preasure shower, road/train not a bother to us (windows double glazed). Hosts Pip & husband super lovely and very accommodating, thankyou appreciated it.

Easily located motel handy to both Baypark and the Mount. Friendly reception and good parking. Room had nice decor and lots of space. Clean and tidy with lovely soft towels. Nice outdoor setting in the sun. Surprisingly quiet. Value for money, will happily stay again.

We were surprised how we enjoyed staying in this motel. It was along a highway, but we had the best sleep. The sheets were crisp. The room is basic but very tidy and clean. Has a basic kitchenette. Water pressure in shower was great. We had a spa in our bathroom although we did not get to use it. The room has plenty of windows with latches as well as blinds in the sitting area for privacy. Room is well ventilated by the ceiling fan. Only recommendation I will have to make is to replace the sofa, springs were very uncomfortable. Room service and cleaning staff were nice and accommodating. This place is close to amenities although you will need a vehicle to get to them as it exits to a highway. This is a good find, will definitely book here again.

Good clean and spacious motel. Travelling as a family of 5 we had a larger room with two separate bedrooms containing 3 double beds and one single bed in main lounge kitchen area. Well sized bathroom with a good powerful shower and also a spa bath (didn't use).

I have stayed at this establishment 4 times, for a total of 4 weeks, therefore I feel can make an unbiased review. Positives: rooms are spacious although dated. Cleanliness is of a good standard. Shower pressure awesome. Negatives: This establishment is not what it seems. The other guests is what really lets it down. I have witnessed people fighting, ***** smoked on the premises and people talking outside at all hours. And despite complaints to management I don’t feel I was taken seriously. Nor did I feel safe. Gang patches are not an appropriate thing to see when you wake up in the morning!! I’ve advised my company not to book me here again, or anyone else moving forward.

Even though this motel is next to the state highway and railway tracks, it is double glazed and quiet - we had no problems sleeping. The motel was very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious, and the staff were great - really helpful and pleasant to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Even got my washing done which was awesome!!
