Super friendly & helpful staff upon arrival. Hotel looked clean, quiet, and in a nice woody area. The room we got (a suite with a full kitchen) was plenty roomy (hilarious opening the door to the bathroom/shower area though - not even half an inch between the door & the toilet), and very comfortable and quiet. The decor is a bit dated, but not awful. The breakfast was so-so; it would have been nice to have regular yogurt since I cannot stand Greek yogurt, and that was all they had both days. Strangest thing ever is no ice maker - never been in a hotel without one, and we needed one, so we had to go out & find ice somewhere, which was quite inconvenient, but not the most important aspect of our stay. Plenty of parking, but be aware that it's an extra $10 a day, which is probably more common in bigger cities. The one thing that is a must do, if able, is the nature path right next to the hotel. Just under 1 and ½ miles down and 1 and ½ miles back. Going down is downhill, so be prepared for uphill on the way back – but boy is it beautiful & pristine – not one piece of trash was even seen! Just beautiful. Overall, we would stay again – it was very quiet (as opposed to last time we stayed near the Alderwood mall, which was AWFUL & loud!) and comfortable, and everyone working there was terrific.
