Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

This hotel has got a night club which will disturb your sleep every night with its thumping music. The property has got building work being done to it. Therefore once banging noise during the day is prevalent. The room doors are not sound proof. Therefore one can hear people when they are talking in the corridor. Roadworks outside the hotel. Therefore access is more difficult.

Their housekeeping is really dodgy - I’ve had 10k rupees & a watch stolen from my own bags even when taking a quick dash out from the hotel & their duty managers weren’t able to investigate into it properly. I wasn’t given any compensation even when checking out. So safe to say I’m never staying at this hotel ever again. I highly discourage anyone to stay here!

酒店實際給的俱樂部房間和上傳的圖片房間規格部分和,上傳的圖片其實不是俱樂部房間是他們酒店Junior suit 初級套房,從軟包到房間空間大小不都一樣,其次酒店説自己在平台上説明瞭是內含酒吧,但並沒有標註清楚是DJ酒吧,酒吧營業到凌晨4:00,房間吵鬧不堪,酒店門前,前廳門口都是醉醺醺的人羣,酒店門前街道上也都是人羣警察都在現場,總之安全感為零,房間也沒有私密性,不隔音,還標註4星?

Limpeza dos quartos muito deficiente. Tem 3 discotecas no hotel que só fecham às 4am. Só se consegue dormir a partir das 4 am, pois até essa hora as paredes vibram com o som das discotecas. Juhu faz parte dos arredores de Mumbay, a uma hora e meia de trânsito caótico do centro. Praias más. Zona muito interessante assim como hotel, para quem quiser ir a Mumbay para sair à noite.

It was very nice stay at hotel location is good and Mr sailesh helps out of the way at check in time nad Mr mansur at front desk helps a lot overall it was nice stay also I would like mention about the restaurants Nushrra food it’s was too yammy Thanks ramee

Pleasant stay as always. The location is perfect. The staff js super friendly. The amenities are great value. Overall a perfect stay for business or leisure. Beach in walking distance. Party hub to awesome dining all at ut foot point. Would visit again.

It is obvious the management only care about the night club and the restaurant in the “hotel” We used room service twice via the bar code supplied in the room We called a hour after the successful submission of the order to ask where our order was they said ww didn’t order and wanted us to order again we were firm and the person said let me check the laptop and there it was surprisingly. When it was delivered there was no apology ( as well as no cutlery) The second night was bad as well only this time 2 bottles of beer were delivered before our order. We noticed after the waiter let the beer was still closed. We had to wait another 30 mins or so for the food to arrive to We have about 6 more days to go

I have 3 days business and stay in this hotel . Great location, friendly staffs , clean room - easy to go to Juhu beach ! Breakfast with many choice ! All services always available! Great pub ! Highly recommend and will come back this hotel ! I will come back here again !

Do not stay here. There is a club here which is so loud starting from 10:30 to almost close to 3:30-4:00 a.m. Please be aware that there is no room here which does not vibrate with loud thumping noise whole night makes it impossible for anyone to sleep. It spoiled by trip to Mumbai as I had a terrible experience with headaches triggered every night. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, LOUD NOISE will make you sick.

If you want to sleep in a nightclub, this is the place. Room was booked through Agoda. Their pictures are outdated. The pool on the rooftop is now in the middle of a closed gym. Located is right onto Juhu beach. Staff is helpful. Special mention to the night manager with the name starting with M. Nice breakfast but decor is quite kitsch with low ceiling strewn with fake flowers and plants. This place is for youngsters wanting to have a fun time in Mumbai.

I was really pleased with the hospitality and the services provided. Really very polite and decent staff and managers. The rooms are very clean and breakfast is also delicious. Overall a very good experience and decent place to stay…………..

A comfortable stay with good service and great restaurants but because of the club there's constant thumping noise all through the night. The restaurant bar and decor is very cool and comfy. Particularly service from Saurav at Nusara Bar was top notch

Poor service not happy i dont recommend any one for stay with family and all rooms are vibrating due to discotheque till 2 am not happy dnt come over here it is west of money . They are not ready to listen anything and they said it is already mentioned on website when i asked them to show they dnt have any proof.
