Hotel Name: B Hotel Location: Excellent location! Just a 5-minute stroll from the mall. Room & Facilities: - Cleanliness: Spotless! The room and facilities were impeccably clean. - Room Size: Spacious and comfortable. Big rooms are a definite plus! - Ambiance: The room smelled fresh and inviting. - AC: The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. - Hot Water: The hot water system was easy to control, providing a perfect shower every time. - Wi-Fi: Fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Staff: - Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Parking: Systematic parking with a one-way entry and exit system made parking a breeze. Overall Experience: The hotel was great overall! The location, clean rooms, and fast Wi-Fi made for a very pleasant stay. The spacious rooms and efficient air conditioning were also appreciated. Areas for Improvement: - Noise: The walls are quite thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. - Breakfast Buffet: This area needs significant improvement. The food wasn't replenished quickly enough, resulting in long waits. Utensils weren't always readily available, and some tables weren't properly set up. It seemed to be understaffed during breakfast service. Recommendation: Despite the minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel due to its excellent location, clean facilities, and mostly friendly staff. Addressing the issues with the breakfast buffet and soundproofing would make it even better.

It was actually better than expected. The place was a bit small but very clean and cool, there is free parking. The rooms are of average size, has a great view, cool, good bathroom size, very big king size bed, soft and nicely made up. Pillows are soft but not collapsible so that's a plus. Has free bedroom slippers, complete toiletries, has bathrobes and towels. Staff are very courteous, easy to talk to, helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast is just so-so, a bit expensive for its selection, not enough choices.

We really enjoyed our stay and we even got the chance to book it for about 53 USD and it was a great deal. The facilities give a cozy ambiance, you can relax and enjoy the place plus the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was worth the price. And most of all, the staff was also very accommodating and they granted our requests.
