Luxury facilities excellent service. Would stay again next time

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s absolutely diamond in Oman. I’ve been staying in plenty of hotels in Muscat and I would say it’s the best now. New hotel, best condition of everything, huge variety of restaurants, SERVICE is brilliant. Valley service is great, reception is perfect, butler service is amazing, in room dining is great, dining at the beach is also superb. So clean, so well maintained and with highest level of service. I had just some disappointments: I booked a sea view room and I got an upgrade but with partial sea view only, not a direct sea view. But it’s okay, the room is great. The management should train hostess in the main restaurant, one day the lady who meets guests just ignored me and was not happy that i came before 7pm (lets say at 6:50). Another day during the breakfast another lady just chose the table by herself, left the menu and left. Imagine, she even didnt let me choose the table. By the way, stuff should even use the name of their Ambassador elite members, but this lady just showed me where to sit and left. So I moved to another table by myself. If you are a coffee fan order coffee just in the cafe in the main lobby, they have amazing coffee, other restaurants use Nespresso machines so I am sure it’s not the level of coffee that gusts are supposed to have in St Regis. Coffee is just average. It’s okay for rooms but not for restaurant in St Regis. Also If you don’t like spicy food, please let the stuff know about it, because usually food is quite spicy here (I have no idea why). If you are planning to stay in Oman, choose St Regis.

I was in this hotel 3 nights on mid september. Its still opening period and not all restaurants are open. Building is very beatyful and modern and rooms also huge. I had a issue with my bill. It took 3 emails and one phone call to fix it. And this took one month. Most people very nice working there. Food is very expensive there, breakfast 50 dollars. I know this is St Regis, but we are not in New York or Paris. Also I didnt like fake plastic flowers and plants they use all over in hotel and restaurants, they look cheap and tacky! Not sure to come back again, Kempinski much better value.

I have visited the newly opened St. Regis. Situated in a beautiful area of Muscat, the resort offers easy access to local attractions. We enjoyed exploring the nearby marina. Outstanding facilities and rooms. Recommended for family, business and tourists.

My birthday dinner at the Karibu last night was Great! Very professional staff. Abiola was very helpful. She took care of us from the beginning and made my day special. Abeeleen, Michel, and the rest, I had Value for money. Thank you all you guys made my day😁😁🌹❤️🙏🏻

We had a wonderful family holiday. The Hotel and its great staff is fullfiling every wish. Special thanks to Michael for his great breakfast service at Karibu, Rajwan for his great pool service and special thanks to Ryan and Marwan for the great service at Sukkar, always treating our kids with a smile.
