Mango Tree Courtyard Mussoorie

Was there in this property. The room that was promised was not provided. Bed was too siff for liking. Tv was not working and even after repeated requests it was not fixed breakfast was good but due to staff shortage one person was given all the workload and it was not good to see him taking all the load. Kaushal the receptionist is good but property needs renovation. Had an average stay. Also the property is very far off from mall rosd felt like i overpaid. Breakfast was good hower

It was good. The property is pretty and clean. The food is pretty decent and good in taste. Near to mall road

Very beautiful & comfortable, neat an clean cottage and best part is mountain view cottage. During my stay I have no issues. Mr. Mahadev Bhatt & Mr. Sachin Sachen they are very helpful, polite & honest persons. Mr . Mahadev Bhat thankyou so much for helping me in my foot injury. I wish them all the best in their future👍👍In future whenever I will visit mussorie definitely will prefer this cottage & ecommend my family & friends.

The stay was pleasant. The receptionist was very helpful. 5 star to kitchen staff for tasty food. The receptionist provided pick up and drop facility which was very helpful. Rooms were good and spacious

The hotel location was very good just a walk away from the mall road, but that was the only plus point, the breakfast buffet was horrible there were bugs coming out of the tea flask, and bread toaster. There was only one staff to cater to the guests at the breakfast buffet. Service was very poor does not match with the price tag.

it was great great experience specially manager Mr kaushal is great person ready for help any time and he is very cooperative food was good evening I check out today and book another hotel but that hotel was not upto mark so again we have call to Mr kaushal for 1 more day booking location is really good view were good and safe stay with family thanks to mango tree 🌲
