They charge 750- extra for tea, coffee, water, cold drink, chips, chocolate, which is already put in hotal room when we are cheque in room. Shower is broken. After several times complain, finally we repaired. They are totally fraud minded. In my 11 years experience i never face that kind of hotel. They cannot talk to you in hindi. They always like to use their konner languages. Non corporate attitude shown.

Rooms were neat and clean. Not very spacious but mostly comfortable. I have taken an option of complimentary breakfast but the hotel staff provided the breakfast only after asking few times and after telling that i will raise issue with mmt. Their main problem is they don't have restaurant. So at first place they should not give option of breakfast while booking itself. Other than this, our stay was very comfortable in the room. The room was very clean including the bath rooms. Their service at any time was really appreciating
