Room is clean, however there were no towels provided when we checked in. I called hotel staff a few times and only managed to get the towels around 10 pm. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on providing the amenities immediately upon check-in. The breakfast is great.

Tis trip wif families here again n recommend fren over to tis hotel too,different frm b4 is rm no more frig,shower gel hard to press,heater still e same faulty.Tis is e feedback frm relatives n frens,hopefully will be better next time bk again.

not the best Aston in Batam. a bit old compare to other Aston. location good as walking distance to food stalls, just out from lobby.

There is long shu xia right beside to eat. Super convenient and near A2 Foodcourt too. Easily accessible

.I wasn't informed that I needed to make a special request for two single beds, but upon arrival, I was given a queen bed to share with my friend. I don't feel comfortable with this arrangement. I believe trip.com should have guided us to request a room with special requirements instead of expecting us to figure it out on their website. Lastly, the water heater is faulty. I was shivering from the cold in the morning when I took my shower, which put me in no mood to bathe.d to bathe.d to bathe.d to bathe.

The room is spacious and the amenities is good. The breakfast is great as well as. There are alot of options to choose from. The location is great as well. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay. Reasonable price for the room.

The hotel location is very good! Room is comfortable!This is very near to the Batam main shopping malls! The staffs are very friendly and helpful! Hopefully the bathroom floor can be improved as this is rather slippery. The taxi service of the hotel is good as well!

When we arrived at 1400hrs (hotel local time) to check in, unfortunately rooms are not ready. Coz thinking that we can fresh-up in the rooms before proceeding to our spa appointment (at 3pm), we are unable to do so. Therefore, we hv to leave our luggages n bags of shopping stuffs at their luggage storage point and to proceed to our spa appointment. T he rooms are spacious n well equipped with toiletries . Aircon is working well but quite cold. The toilet is clean. The breakfast on the next morning has a wide spread of variety.

Room is nice, aircon is big. Staff is friendly when they see you walk out they will greet you. Location is good, near to A2 food court and BCS Mall.

Great place to stay. Near to penuin market and malls. All within walking distance.

I've already been staying here a few times.... Great location to massage parlor.. mall.. eatery Room... Does need improvement... This stay had a bad room.. level one... Got irritated with the so call black out curtains... Which doesn't do it purpose.. plus they on the spot light... Breakfast was decent.... So try not to get the 1st level
