Hotel was good,rooms were neat and clean, had to climb stairs as there were no lift which is common in mountains. Big and spacious rooms but what ruined our trip was the manager who charged ₹1000 for two rooms for early check in and ₹2000 for extra bedding which was way too much compared to other hotels in Nainital.
While the hotel isn’t even on the main road, you have to walk for 10 minutes from Mall Road to reach at the hotel.

Overall it's a good experience, i would like to give a suggestion if there can be a pick and drop sevice from mall road then that would be great.

The hotel and rooms shown very different in real. Rooms are not expected as it's showing otherwise the staff were very kind and helpful to us

Stay was good. All members are very cooperative and humble the room size and location is great. However need to make continuous improvement as well.

We stayed at hotel for 3 nights and our experience was very good. Cleanliness was up to the mark and staff was very polite and attentive. It is near to lake but excess to hotel without vehicle is not easy for elderly tourist for youngsters and people who can walk, i recommend to opt for this hotel.

We recently stayed in rooms 27 and 28, which were advertised as "partial lake view." Unfortunately, my experience was not good. First, the rooms looked nothing like the nice pictures. We found damp walls, an old wooden almirah that was falling apart, and very little lighting-just 2-3 yellow bulbs that didn't brighten the room enough. I wouldn't call these rooms luxury. the price just isn't worth it. A As for the "partial lake view," many first-floor rooms have trees blocking the view, which feels misleading. The upper rooms without any blockage are labeled as "full lake view," making this seem more like a way to charge extra than a fair description. Overall, I was disappointed and cannot recommend these rooms due to their poor quality and value.
