Adorei a hospedagem, a limpeza era ótima, o hotel tem ônibus que leva para estação , shopping e aeroporto tudo grátis !!

The hotel provided round trip bus from airport to hotel and it was on time. The room is very big. I love big bathtub. The staff who served me at night was very energetic and he had excellent english skill. Thank you very much. I want to stay here again.

The hotel offers a regular shuttle service between Narita Terminal 1 and Terminals 2-3, shared with the Hilton hotel. The journey from Narita Terminal 1 to the hotel takes approximately 30 minutes. Additionally, there is a shuttle to Narita Train Station and Aeon Mall. The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The mattress is firm but not too hard, offering a soft yet supportive feel. The pillows provide good neck support without being too firm. The breakfast spread is standard, but the highlight is the pancake machine. With just a wave of your hand, the machine starts, and in about 30 seconds, you can enjoy a freshly made pancake.

We stayed for one night as we were taking the coach to Fuji-san the next morning. The hotel room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. We didn’t dine in as there were ample restaurants 10 mins walk away. The complimentary shuttle buses are a plus point to stay here. We took it to explore Narita town nearby

We booked our rooms that comes with dinner and breakfast. Dinner buffet was Italian theme. The quality of food was good. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall we had a great stay here.

Generally good and convenient for layover. The furniture is old styled and power outlets are hard to find.

We stayed 4 nights here with my 2 little restless toddlers. Staff were friendly and facility was old yet maintained well. They have a shuttle bus not only for the airport, but also Narita station and AEON mall Narita. We use them a lot. So we didn't need to go to airport to take trains. And it seems like closer to Narita station than to the airport. FYI, it takes 30 min to get to the airport by shuttle bus. Convenience store was in the building but it's not open 24h. But there is another one next to the hotel building which is open 24/7 so it was just fine for quick snack or meal.

It’s an airport hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to the NRT airport and nearby train station as well as AEON mall. The size of room is bigger than usual Japanese hotel rooms. It’s a good choice to stay one night for catching early flight. The price for this hotel room is also very reasonable
