We stayed in three different units consecutively. The location is great, and the facility is up to date. However, communication with the reps needs to be improved. When we stayed in a two bedroom unit, we found the handle in the shower that controlled the temperature had been installed incorrectly. When you turned it to hot, you got cold water, and vice versa. When we moved to a studio unit, the shower was leaking (the door was loose?) and making a puddle on the floor. We called Sonder both times, they said they would take care of it but never did, and we never heard back from them. We always had to call them to find out. They advertise that they are "available 24/7," and they do answer calls 24hrs, but they don't take care of issues promptly, and there's a lack of communication/follow up on any issues you report. You do get cheerful emails that say "We are so excited!" and "How was your stay?" etc. though.
