Great resort and location. First time l snorkelled on the reed and this was amazing.
My husband and I had a wonderful time at Paradise Cove. We were only able to squeeze in 3 nights and 4 days but every day was magical. The reef in front of the property is beautiful and snorkel equipment is readily available at the dive shop. Aku and the rest of the dive shop were very knowledgeable, skilled, and high service. The food was fantastic at all of the meals and the service was timely, polite, and helpful. The singers and musicians on site were very talented and we enjoyed listening to them. I felt everyone at the resort genuinely cared about us rather than just doing a job. We plan on returning for a longer period of time.

The last time I stayed at Paradise Cove was 7 years ago and the resort has only got better! The 2 restaurants offered a fantastic choice of some superb food. I went home 3 kgs heavier as a result. Definitely do the Donu where you can watch the food prepared and cooked in front of you by dedicated chefs. The activities had something for me and the rest of my extended family to keep busy everyday, snorkelling, yoga, kids club, massages, kayaking etc. The entertainment at night by the band and 2 amazing female vocalists Mia and Miri had us all singing along. New years eve was a treat and eventually we all ended up in the pool. The room was spacious and well attended by the housekeeping staff every day. The room was clean and the towels were like new, the bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well. The staff are what really makes Paradise Cove a great holiday destination. I am already looking forward to my next holiday there.

Wow! My family and I had the best time at Paradise Cove Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The resort itself is stunning with a beautiful beach, clear waters & an amazing reef for snorkelling! The surrounding tropical gardens were well maintained and had so many plants that I loved!! We stayed in the two bedroom beachfront and it was perfect for our family of 5! Comfy, clean, large rooms with there own entrances to both room with amazing views of the ocean just meters from our front door. The food was fantastic, especially at Donu’s, there is an abundance of options between the 2 restaurants. My kids were well catered for & the team very accommodating with dietary & fussy eaters. One of my kid’s favourite was their chicken burger which even had their logo on the top. We loved the activities paradise cove had on offer. Our favourites were sunset point, snorkelling, fish feeding and the mini waterpark they have out on the water. Kids club also offered a number of activities my kids love especially my 7yr old! What really stood out was the service from their team. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and more. It really felt like a home away from home. January is one of their quiet months for the fiji islands so we thought it was best to go then! The only downside was that it was summer there and the tropical heat was so hot! And not to mention the topical downpour! Although the rain it didn’t put a damper on our holiday. There was still fun activities to do inside. If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful spot to unwind, this is it. Thank you to everyone at Paradise Cove. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our second visit to Paradise Cove Resort, having stayed here in July last year. While the location is undeniably stunning, with beautiful blue waters and excellent snorkelling, the resort's facilities leave much to be desired. Timing of Visit: In my opinion, January is not the ideal time to visit the Fiji Islands. While the frequent rain isn't a significant issue, the mosquitoes and sand fleas have been unbearable, leaving our legs and hands covered in bites. Accommodation: We stayed in a garden bure, and unfortunately, the rooms are in dire need of renovation. The bathroom basin was cracked, the blinds were broken, and the overall cleanliness was far below expectations. The cleaning felt rushed and inadequate—our bathroom had urine/faeces stains on the tiles, which is completely unacceptable for a resort that markets itself as 5-star. The linen was not washed property. My wife had to take towels and blankets back to the main office to have them exchanged several times. It looks that when resort isn't at full capacity there are not enough staff being made available to manage the daily requirements. Food: The resort requires all guests to purchase a full meal plan, but the quality of the food was inconsistent. While some dishes were decent, others were disappointing—especially the kids' meals. For example, the pasta Bolognese was essentially just pasta with tomato sauce, and the beetroot salad lacked most of its listed ingredients, making it a "salad" in name only. The food fell far below the standard and price point of a premium resort. Kids' Club: During our stay, there were a few quiet days when guest numbers were low. While my son loved one of the staff members, Ronny, who was incredibly attentive and engaging, the other teachers lacked enthusiasm. When Ronny wasn’t around, planned activities listed on the morning agenda were often ignored, which was disappointing and again not up to the standards of a 5-star resort. Staff: The staff, however, were consistently friendly and helpful, which was a highlight of our stay. Their dedication and warmth cannot be faulted. Overall: Despite the amazing location, our experience this time was underwhelming. The resort’s facilities and services fall well short of the expectations set by a 5-star rating. Unless significant improvements are made to the accommodations, food, and overall standards, I won’t be returning.

I stayed here for one night whilst island hopping, this place is amazing. From the start the staff were very helpful and friendly, I was upgraded to a nicer room without asking!Amazing food and very pretty outlook, it was low season so not many guests, 3 pools to choose from and 2 restaurants. I would definitely come back and stay longer and bring the family next time.

Based on the positive reviews we read of this resort, our family was looking forward to our 11 night stay at Paradise Cove. Unfortunately we we very disappointed by our experience there. To start with there are some great positives of the resort: The food is exceptional at both the main restaurant and at the Japanese restaurant. The wonderful service and friendliness from all the Fijian staff at the resort was appreciated. The snorkeling and diving at and around the resort are great. Kids club was great. The island across the channel from Paradise Cove called "The Beach House Villas" are fantastic. However, the negatives of the resort far outweigh the positives and actually made us look forward to leaving the resort after 11 days there. Firstly, I had read a few reviews from previous visitors that staying in rooms close to the bar and restaurant was not pleasant due to the continuous noise from the bar. As such, 1 month prior to our visit I sent an email to the resort asking them for a room as far away from the bar and restaurant as possible due to our preference for a quieter environment to enjoy our holiday. This request was completely ignored and we were actually allocated a room less than 5 meters from the bar (Villa 19), that bordered on the staff entrance to the kitchen and restaurant. The noise in this room from the loud music at the bar was so bad that we immediately asked to be moved to a different room. Our request was again rejected by the resort front office. I had to make my unhappiness very clear to the resort Assistant General Manager who indicated that he would need to speak to the General Manager. We were then allocated a room about 10 meters away from our initial room (Villa 17). However, as the villas do not have any form of sound proofing and due to this resort deeming it necessary to play loud music with heavy bass until after 10pm every night, I paid to move us to the island across the channel from Paradise Cove in a villa called the Beach House. Also, as the villas are all on top of each other at this resort, if you have even slightly noisy neighbors it's like you are pretty much living in their villa as you can hear absolutely everything. I'm sure many people enjoy really loud music with heavy base and noisy neighbors living on top of you, unfortunately we are not those people and this ruined our experience at Paradise Cove. There are also numerous maintenance issues at the resort. Our safe did not work and took the resort 3 days to fix. Many of the wooden shutters in the villas are broken and do not close properly. Therefore trying to close the shutters to limit the noise does not actually work. The tiles around the pools at "The Cove" section of the resort are extremely slippery and dangerous. We had a ceiling fan that did not work and had to be replaced. We had an air-conditioning unit that was blocked and was dripping water all over our room. Although these items were fixed after reporting them, it shoul
