Located at Camp Warnecke Estates this ground floor corner 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo has the largest patio and a view of the Comal River. Great pool area with hot tub, outdoor communal charcoal grills, across the street from Schlitterbahn Water Park and direct Comal River access to start or end your float. It is walking distance from the shops and restaurants in downtown New Braunfels. Beautiful place from family vacations. Easy to make it your favorite getaway!
This condo overlooks the crystal-clear Comal River. Get out just steps away from your own backdoor or walk up to the Garden St. Bridge for a soothing 30 minutes of âCruising down the Riverâ â perfect for the little ones. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only a half of a mile away.
The kitchen opens into the dining and living area and is fully equipped. The dining table seats 6 and there is room for 3 more at the breakfast bar. Amazing living room that provides a fabulous view of the river and is perfect for gathering to play games or for watching TV, and in the evening the couch folds out into a queen size sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds, and the third bedroom has a full-size bed that can retract into the wall and add additional space. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the second and third bedrooms. Each bedroom has cable TV as well as the living room. Washer and dryer as well.
