Hotel Indigo NEW ORLEANS - FRENCH QUARTER by IHG

The location was great, trolly was just a few steps out the door, many of the festivities & French Quarter was walkable to. The staff was very friendly, the hotel lobby, restroom, & hallways were kept fresh & clean, the food was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place, and hope to be back ❤️

The location is fantastic - super close to French Quarter, on the corner where St Charles Street Car picks up, 8-15 min walking distance to all the things we wanted to do. The rooms are small but nicely decorated. I found the rooms and hallways to be quiet despite other guests being next door and across the hall. The hotel doesn't offer much besides a restaurant in terms of amenities, front desk staff mostly indifferent. The hotel is well maintained and tidy. We went to the restaurant once for breakfast, but found it pretty basic and overpriced for what it was (and out of several items) - opted to go to some of the many great restaurants nearby instead.

Enjoy Our Stay , Great Location

Everything was ok basic hotel amenities… was charged a deposit upon arrival and was told it would be refunded up to 7 days after departure. I went weekend of June 6 and today is the 24th and I have yet to receive my room deposit my friend who I went with had called first and spoke with someone and she was told that they didn’t get their deposit back because of parking in which they had already paid for parking so they basically took the deposit and my friend told the lady she spoke with and that me her friend didn’t drive and still hasn’t receive my refund. I called the hotel and the lady couldn’t get in touch with front desk after speaking with my friend because they was expecting me to call and ignored it I’m sure. Everything is fine until you playing with someone’s money there should not be any reason for me to get my deposit back.

Hotel Indigo was very quant. it is just enough room for comfort. the hotel is beautifully decorated and really nice staff. only thing they only had one elevator working and we were there for a convention

we stayed in this hotel for one night, the service is very good! the hotel is beautiful, in the city center, everything is clean, cozy! the only minus is that our room had no window! or rather it was fake! this should have been mentioned somewhere either on the website or at the reception!

Great hotel Any easy walk to the street car, bus, and French Quarter

Great location in the heart of the city but be prepared to be stung by the valet parking. We paid for the first night but found a car park a couple of blocks away and paid just over half the price.
