Had my child's christening last night. Bar staff were rude, had bad attitude and lacked training. Lady at reception was lovely. Food was average. We even asked if we could re arrange seating in the room which we had to do ourselves. Overall terrible experience for all. Wont be back.

Great food , but room not up to much. Bathroom not too clean plus shower would only go up half way. Mattress very hard. The bar was ran by staff that are not bar staff, no fault of there own. Definitely not worth 360 euros for a noisy two night stay.

I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that disappoint which is always the way. This place won’t disappoint it has everything you’ll need, friendly staff, comfy bed and clean room.. I was greeted by a lovely smile by a girl at reception, very welcoming 10/10. My room was spotless, had a bath which was hot and no issue with water. Went for dinner in the bar it was only delicious, can’t fault. Had a massive nights sleep no noice nothing! Breakfast was also yummy, no variety of 16 fruits or yogurts only what you need and cooked breakfast was really really nice. Well done staff ye run a great ship.

Beautiful food and scrupulously clean. We were very impressed. The staff were very helpful. The room was well appointed with a nice bath. I loved my fish and potatoes for dinner. All the dishes were delicious, including the lovely breakfast.

Fantastic hotel!! All the staff are brilliant, very helpful and friendly, we're made to feel welcome straight away. Food was delicious and a brilliant breakfast with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are spotless with everything needed. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely hotel, just outside newry centre. Staff were fantastic, rooms comfortable and spotless. We ate dinner in the bar and had breakfast the following morning, the choices on each menu were many, we'd go back for the food alone. Plenty of parking.

I stayed by myself for business. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, the food in the restaurant was really good and the breakfast options were better than what you often find at hotels. I would stay here again

Absolutely a kip and definitely not worth the money. Technically this place should be closed to paying customers. Very old and run down, Room untidy food was horrible no one behind the bar half the night. A handful of people including staff all sitting around watching emmerdale. Over priced including drinks and food. No atmosphere or welcoming feeling. Ideal for a hostel

Beautiful quiet hotel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Barfood was exceptional, piping hot and loads of it. Room was very cosy with a comfortable bed. The only downside is there Internet is practically non existant.
