Niagara Riverside Resort, BW Premier Collection

Dated, not clean, no ambience. Called Premium. Not Premium. Internet did not work. The staff seemed overworked and unable to take care of simple things like removing bags of garbage near the elevator on the 5th floor. I would suggest booking somewhere else.

The parking lot doesn’t look like much but the inside is nice. The pool was warm and clean and our room was spotless. The huge bathroom with the shower and soaker tub were amazing. The carpet was ripped and needs to be fixed asap. Being next to the elevator was a drag too. The views from the window of the river and bridge just beautiful. Saw a double rainbow. The restaurant had good food but we didn’t get the weekend breakfast buffet because we dont eat many of those options.

room was run down mattress dirty and lumpy chair was torn light in bathroom didnt work abthroom dirty staff in resturant were more concerned with chatting on their phones food was cold sent back came out hot within seconds so they just microwaved it

We found this an ideal location for all of the attractions but not too close that you felt inundated by tourist traffic. The hotel was great and so was the staff. Highly recommended

Great location friendly staff expensive breakfast. Nice view of the waterfront and close to Niagara. We chose not to spend over $100 on breakfast and ate elsewhere.

My sister-in-law and I took our kids to Niagara for a little vacation to Toronto. We stopped at Niagara Falls on the way back and chose to stay on the American side on the way back to New England. I chose this hotel because I'm a member of the BW rewards program. We did not read any reviews beforehand, but upon checking in my sister-in-law looked them up and found MANY negative reviews. We did not have as negative an experience as is expressed in many of the reviews online. Here is what we found: Positives: staff was friendly, restaurant looked nice (we didn't eat there), our kids loved the pool/play area and did not find the pool to be too cold, the location is right on the water and the back of the hotel is really pretty, close to some places like ice cream and Target Negatives: we agree with many of the reviews that the overall neighborhood the hotel is located in is not fantastic, the guest rooms need significant updating, the guest rooms were not super clean (especially the bathrooms), the charge for parking is absurd In general I would say I've stayed in hotels that are a lot worse, but I wouldn't call it a great place to stay. It was convenient and good for one night, but I wouldn't play a vacation around it. Definitely stay on the Canadian side instead!

A one hundred dollar charge for incidentals was unnecessary. The room was clean, but missing a microwave. The furniture was worn, needing cosmetic touch up. The bed was comfortable and clean. The television was small. The sink and bathroom were adequate.

They do not offer breakfast and they charge you for parking. Staff is uninterested and blah. The view of the river is awesome though.

The amenities make it an even better stay! Kids will love the pool and it stays open late! The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food quality is great and delicious. I can go on and on but you have to experience it to understand! You wont be disappointed with the rooms they are big and clean and no one comes to your room unless you request it!
