ibis Budget Marne-la-Vallée Noisy-le-Grand

I have been to the Ibis chain several times but I think this time will be the last. Used for one night before Disneyland Paris and one at the end. I don't compare it with Disney hotels because the cost is so different but... Room with the third bed in a removable wardrobe which when pulled out did not allow any movement in the room (I booked a triple room) Deposits required for anything even for the hairdryer. Finished soap in shower. Third bed not made (given the space I understand why) Damp beds. If it weren't for being a 5 minute walk from the RER there would be no reason for anyone to go there..

Dirty rooms, breakfast option is budget and the night time manager was just rude kept shushing us when we just returned from Disneyland park late at 11:30pm and the kids were tired not making any noise! It truly is budget and would not recommend and my husbands room had bed bugs!!

Area a little intimidating.. we arrived late and took back roads to get there, much better to stick to the main road! Five min walk from the station once you know the way. Roads are shabby and piled with rubbish though. Friendly staff on reception. Small carpark. Close to corner shop for basic supplies, and takeaway restaurants. Also has screen in lobby where you can order in from local restaurants. Microwave and vending machine in lobby. Shopping mall and big supermarket less than 10 min walk. We were in Room 208. Nice sized wet room-style bathroom, shower on flexible hose, adequate power. Nice and clean but they didn't replace the toilet roll when it ran out! Hand wash/shower gel provided. Room: Small but nice and clean. No kettle. Large window overlooking car park. Not very noise proof. Excellent air conditioning. Flatscreen TV (didn't really use it) and small table and padded seat beneath it. Double bed plus a single that pulls down from the wall - so can fold away in day time if you need more space. Comfy enough. Asked housekeeping for a second pillow and after initial language issues he told us 3 pillows are enough for a 3-person room and we could not have more. We asked reception later and they had no issue giving us an extra pillow. Housekeeping visited daily: made the beds (but didn't change the sheets - I clumsily dropped some food on the bed and the stain remained throughout our 3 days), emptied the bathroom bin (but didn't take out our full bags of rubbish from the bedroom - there was no bin in the bedroom), didn't replace towels either. I'm pretty sure if we'd asked reception for new towels, we would have been given them, but it is something you normally expect from housekeeping. Breakfast was not too bad - croissants, pain au choc were quite nice, also toast and other breads, fruit salad (not very fresh) cheese, cold meat, yogurt, teas, coffee, juices from a dispenser (not great). No non-dairy options. We only really wanted a bed for the night and so this was fine. With the weather being hot, the powerful aircon was amazing!

Has far has a budget hotel goes, honestly I was pleasantly suprised. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Yes the rooms/bathroom are on the smaller end, but we was only there for 2 nights, literally needed a place to eat, shower and leave and it was great. Breakfast was continental, I personally had no complaints, there was an ok election for a budget hotel. Nice and clean throughout. Good location to and from train/bus station, there's food shops around as well as a shopping mall.

Negli ultimi dieci anni siamo andati spesso in vacanza in Francia, anche nella stessa zona, mai ci siamo trovati così male. all'arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere un bel po' che qualcuno ci accogliesse per assegnarci una stanza (8pm), arriviamo in stanza e l'odore di fumo è nauseante, chiediamo ci venga assegnata una nuova stanza e troviamo un letto con della biancheria usata e sporca, chiediamo ci venga fornita la biancheria pulita, ma non è possibile perchè terminata, quindi ci arrangiamo con un lenzuolo degli altri letti per la prima notte, sperando di trovarla disponibile la notte successiva, ma così non accade! Inoltre la zona vicina non è sicuramente delle migliori, sporcizia, rumori ad ogni ora, purtroppo non la zona migliore di Noisy-le-Grand. sconsiglio vivamente, la prossima volta un po' più distanti dalla città, ma con servizi migliori
