Needham House Hotel

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Traitors to the people of England!! You've taken the silver shilling & couldn't care less about people getting married & others who are flying in & you've just let hundreds of people down. Absolutely disgusting of you. 😡😡😡

We booked a room here to attend a wedding. Unfortunatly for us they cancelled our reservation after 2 months. The cost of other hotels in the area has obviously gone up significantly in the mean time. It's ok though, they are sorry for the inconvenience

We had our wedding at Needham House in the Marquee in March 2023 as a dry hire, and wanted to say a massive thank you to Elliot. We worked with Elliot over the previous months planning the wedding and he was excellent, very professional and always went above and beyond to cater for what we wanted, and worked positively with all our suppliers. The day was an absolute success with Needham House staff ensuring all went to plan along with our other suppliers. We got married on a Saturday, and Elliot even came in to ensure it was all going to plan. Many of our guests had booked rooms at the hotel and all thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Thank you again to the whole team at Needham House!

Good basic hotel. Clean tidy and reasonable breakfast. Very helpful staff. Good car parking. Helpfully the bar stays open until very late. Rooms are clean and warm although not very big but then for the price perfectly what you would expect.

My family and friends celebrated my daughter’s birthday in Needham. The staff, specially George and Alvaro, are very attentive and engaged us throughout our preparation making the party a success and everyone very pleased. The food is excellent in presentation and taste

Unfortunately this wasn't a good stay, I wouldn't day the staff was rude but some was unhelpful, got poured a flat pint so asked to have the glass changed and he poured the lager in another very fast so it went everywhere and he just have me the now half pint back. Told reception that my mum didn't have a remote in her room for the TV the same person that served the pint said "what make is the Tv" I said I didn't know, so he told me to find out, so I very politely told him to sit there while I run around and sort it as he already looks over worked !! Bar ran out of 2 lagers Breakfast wasn't included but I thought it was in with the price, the receptionist on in the morning just shrugged her shoulders and said well it isn't . Think most the staff need customer training, no smiles It wasn't cheap and wouldn't stay again
