Environment inside hotel is good Nice and clean People are professional

Decent hotel with basic amenities.. Next to mall so it's very convenient. But bit old so the hotel room reek a mouldy smell. Bedsheets not the purest white but for a short stay it's fine.

Repeated stay, very convenient location next to Emporium shopping mall. Breakfast is chaotic though, too many guests in small breakfast area, not enough tables to cater to every guest.

The shower head with issue, told staff to fix , they did adjust a bit, but doesn’t use, the part has issue aldy.

Friendly staff Fast check in Fast chek out Acceptable breakfast Out of 4 lifts, only 1 is working that will bring you to the hotel lobby. Perhaps to activate the rest of the lifts?

I couldn’t compare with other hotels, but the air quality in this hotel is fine. It’s near the ocean Floyd area with next big mall in Office . Easy to taxi there two big shopping centers nearby gym is small but location is OK. There’s within 2 km radius good amenities food high-quality reasonable ones. They’re all fine so this is a good location. But the weekends really is the problem. It’s really easily sold out and priced very pricey over the weekend

I've been staying at this hotel whenever I travelled to Jakarta, the location is convenient to where my office is located, near to lots of amenities. Overall, the staffs are quite friendly however during my last trip the experience wasn't very pleasant. I stayed there for 4d3n, yet the toilet roll was never once replenished even after I notified the front desk. It isn't a big issue but do wish they can improve on this.

Good location, downstairs is a shopping mall. Food supply only few choices. Difficult to find beers 😀

Overall, the experience was good. The hotel room is clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel is very strategic because it is not far from most industrial zones. I will definitely stay here again.

Could smell the damp air upon entering the room. Thus the pillows are affected, so had to lay a towel upon it so block the some odour. Some of the towels have stains on them as well as the bed linen already started turning yellowish as shown in the pictures below.

Breakfast buffet dishes replenish too slow... Omelet and fried eggs waiting too long Queueing... Probably hotel didn't realize there are exhibition exhibitors and Visitors guest in the hotels

We stayed 1 night. Very convenient location attached with a mall. Amenities are good too. Will definitely come back again.
