酒店風景絕絕子！ 定的時候 看圖片完全沒想過這麼好看！房間大小一般 但是景色值得了！管家還帶着我們去後麪的蔬菜園逛逛 酒店裡麪食材都是這個菜園了種出來的

木結構的酒店，晚上有小朋友在樓道跑來跑去，吵！最受不了的是，樓上的房間竟然有人在一直挪傢俱

Hotel acolhedor, staff muito profissional e atencioso. Comida muito boa e a lareira é um excelente pormenor! Ambiente muito agradável e espaço maravilhoso. Local muito tranquilo é uma envolvente espetacular! Recomendo a todos que venham conhecer.

O atendimento é muito atencioso, o hotel é acolhedor e o staff é muito prestável. Está sempre tudo impecavelmente limpo e a comida é deliciosa. Adorámos a estadia. A zona é fria, mas o Hotel disponibiliza aquecedores e, à noite, saquinhos de água quente.

We had a wonderful two nights at Jetwing St Andrews. The room was very clean Food was delicious restaurant service is professional front office staff is very helpful. Housekeeping, kitchen , garden and maintenance staff were friendly and gentle. I like to thank GM Mr. Upul and executive team Pradeep Anandds Waruna Niraj and clive. We enjoyed our stay hope to come back.

jetwings st. Andrews was the best hotel we stayed in throughout our trip. We have booked it for one day only but we realized that we should have stayed longer. The hospitality by the staff was very welcoming specially Mr. Umesh who was overseeing the buffet area. We had a good conversation with Mr. Umesh who further explained history about jetwings st. Andrews and srilanka. Truly it was very special for me and my wife. We cant wait to come back to srilanka and stay at jetwings st. Andrews. See you soon.

Excellent staff service, exceptional friendly and helping attitude. Traditional hotel with style. Classical garden to have a cup of tea. Staff helped to get train tickets and transfers organized. We particularly liked the food quality and variety offered.

The hotel has very kind and courteous staff and has excellent rooms too. There was a good spread of vegetarian dishes in the buffet and they made excellent jain food too on request. Overall I would say Jetwing St Andrew a must stay whenever in Nuwara Eliya.

Incredible stay - thankyou very much to the fantastic hospitality. Food was excellent - we opted for breakfast only and should have gone for all inclusive. The rooms were pristine and the level of service was off the charts. I really hope we have the chance to come back - a very special experience.

I stayed at Jetwing St Andrews for about 10 days this December during my holiday exploration around Nuwara Eliya on a half-board basis. Thus, I believe I can write an impartial review objectively, leaving my biases aside. ;-) Let me begin my review with the quality of the service and staff. The service we received from the staff was the best out there. I have stayed at almost all of the star-class hotels in Nuwara Eliya, and this is the best out there, period. The staff was courteous and went over and beyond to affirm customer satisfaction, making my stay memorable. The check-in process was quick and very smooth, and so was the checkout process. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with nice interiors. I love their aesthetics! The manner in which they renovated rooms while preserving their century-old heritage is remarkable. The bathrooms have been recently renovated, and most are quite spacious. The laundry service was good. However, I'm afraid there were a few concerns in the other departments.... The food was fantastic in quality and taste, but the buffet was not always available. The hotel offers a "set menu" if they don't have the numbers, but the problem is time consumption. You need to wait until the food is served; unfortunately, the interval between the servings is quite lengthy, more often than not, so be prepared to waste/spend a bit of time there. Besides, the items presented in the set menu are quite repetitive. Rooms to avoid: Room #115 doesn't have good mobile reception, and the overhead shower did not work as expected. The maintenance team tried to fix it upon reporting the issue but couldn't get the shower to work. The water flow was slow and not steady. Room #217 has a dated fixed shower. The shower area is narrow, so you must shower sideways, which is better suited for kids under 12. Try to avoid it if possible. My chauffeur complained that the meals and accommodation conditions were not that good. The chauffeurs must adhere to some of their strict conditions, such as not being permitted to take their bags to the rest area. I can't believe Jetwing St Andrews treats adults like school kids in this day and age. The Grand Hotel in Nuwara Eliya is much better in this regard. Thus, if you have a chauffeur, please be prepared for these shortcomings or pick a different hotel. Staff - 5/5 Laundry - 4/5 Rooms - 4/5 Food - 3/5 Location - 4/5 Amenities - 5/5

A beautiful, atmospheric hotel with large comfortable rooms. It is an easy walk into Nuwara Eliya past the golf course (with back to front bunkers). The buffet dinner was very good with lots of choice. We only stayed for one night but it would be a good place to stay for longer. We had a very early start the morning we left (for Horton Plains) andthe hotel provided us with a very good packed brunch. Unfortunately the day we stayed there was a lot of work going on outside our room with metal work and spray painting which meant it was too noisy/smelly for us to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The management were apologetic and later offered to move us but by then it was getting dark and with our early start the next morning we declined. The hotel wasn't full we could perhaps have been offered a better room at check-in, but we would still highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience with jet wings nuwara eliya . Beautiful old charm hotel with nice rooms and lovely food . Great buffet spread ! The staff was very helpful and courteous . We enjoyed our stay . The location is perfect and the weather is amazing !

We also loved learning about the heritage of the place, with fascinating sneak peeks into its rich history that added a special touch to our visit. Our room, the Deluxe Suite with the attic, was fantastic. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and provided the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The unique design of the attic made it feel even more special, adding a cozy charm to the overall experience. Thank you to the entire team at Jetwing St. Andrews for making this stay so wonderful. The staff's kindness and attentiveness truly made our visit unforgettable. We will definitely cherish the memories and look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful property with well manicured lawns. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Heritage property with old world charm. Attentive service and hospitality by staff throughout our stay. Good International menus with beautifully presented buffets.
