On arrival i had problem with incorrect bed size as per my reservation. The gentelman in reception and the gentelman who show me the alternative rooms were very kind and caring. Some more issues happened to: such as giving the wrong card for the room, had to come back and fix again. Dirty towels left in the room, fixed quickly. No water was available, that was fixed too. Although it sound bad, It did not bother me much. They were quick on actioning. Then, i have been told there were a mistake for the room again, i actually had the correct room reserved for me from the begining. But i was happy with the room i had, so, i did not change it. One thing i can say the water does not have enough pressure in the tab and shower head. These were some negative parts. Besides these, hotel generally very clean, AC working well, no flies or bugs or mosquitos. I would recommend this hotel for all, only possible registeration issues you might face.

Great sized clean rooms. Ideal location opposite the beautiful Dover beach with a 10 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants. Also a 10/15 minute walk to the local bus stop towards Bridgetown and the local fishing village. Would 100% stay again next visit to Barbados.

Recently stayed 14 nights and allocated room 218 a pool view room which was a paid for upgrade. Room was very spacious with 2 double beds.nice bathroom with walk in shower. Always powerful and hot.Maid service no complaints towels changed every few days. If you needed anything just ask. Check in was smooth and easy. Free safe in room too.Amigos bar great for sports and entertainment. Didn't really eat here so can't really comment on the food. Pool area nice and quiet. Location is great just across the road from Dover beach and the shacks. Plenty of eateries all along the ***** to suit all budgets. Frequented Daddy's bar and Helenas bar regularly. Both very good value. Las salvinas mini mart and rum shop excellent. Maceys supermarket about 20 minutes walk away in Worthing excellent prices. Only one slight niggle hotel could do with a changing room for later flights. That said already looking at re booking for next year. Teds island tour is a must too.Great fun and informative day out with plenty of Rum Punch 😋👍

The hotel was decent. i enjoyed my stay for the most part. My requests were met with urgency and I felt valued. The only issue is the extremely poor customer service in the restroom on the property. I had an encounter with a very rude guy at the bar over ice. Unlike most hotels the hotel does not have an ice machine so I was advised by front desk to get ice from the restaurant. This was not a very pleasant experience and the guy at the bar was rude and behaved as though I was begging for the ice. Outside of that I bought a roti for lunch at the restaurant and it was not very tasty. On the hotel side I rate the hotel 9/10 for service and everything relating to hospitality but for the restaurant I rate my experiences there 3/10.

if you're going to stay in this hotel I advise you to bring all your living essentials but a bed. Took a while to figure out how to get hot water from the shower. Should add more lights to the room. PLEASE remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, even water, since the stores near by are way over priced. The door locks are kinda wonky. the beds are soft. Overall, have many space for improvements.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit trepidatious about my choice of hotel for my stay in Barbados. I needn't have worried. The hotel was perfect for our stay. I have absolutely no complaints at all. Everything was spotless and anything we need extra from housekeeping was not a problem. The pool area was very clean with towels readily available everyday, even when we didn't go to the pool until late afternoon. The hotel is ideally situated across from the beach so we could go back and forward throughout the day. We never used Amigos for food so I can't comment on that except to say that being scottish, the bartender was happy to put the football on the tv early in the morning for us. We had a deluxe room which was above reception and the balcony looked onto the road. We heard some music the 1st night but we were oblivious to it after then. On my experience, I would happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking to saty in St. Lawrence on a budget.

Lovely small hotel, friendly receptionists, Great little pool (approx 15m x 8m) 75m across the road from the beach, 7mins walk to the Gap where there are loads of great restuarants and bars, although there a bars with food under 1 minute away 🩷🩷 Ignore the Negative comments, some people just love to moan !
