Everything would have been lovely if it weren't for the horrible experience I had with the staff (manager, receptionist, cleaning staff). It started in mid summer when the hotel decided to install a water saving apparatus in all the faucets reducing the water pressure by no less than 50%, what used to be a quick 2 minute shower became a slow 20 minutes, even filling the kettle with water took forever. The cleaning staff did not clean at all they just straightened the blanket on the bed, but under the blanket they left all the dirt and crumbs. I had dead bugs on all the shelves in my room. None of the cleaning staff cleans inside the fridge or inside the microwave. Almost all could be forgiven if only the morning receptionists weren't the coldest rudest people you could ever come across, imagine telling them the light in the bathroom is flickering on and off bothering my eyes especially at night and they respond "the hotel manager doesn't care, we can't do anything about it". Make sure you take photos of the room and all appliances as you enter because on your way out they will try to steal your deposit by blaming you for what previous guests or even the cleaning staff have damaged.
