Candlewood Suites Ontario - Convention Center

I had a great time. I had just stood there 1 day and it was so clean, smelled clean, no problems at all. I'll be staying here while I'm in the area from now on

It was a great stay the beds are comfortable the staff is very friendly and helpful the rooms are very spacious and clean it had everything we needed the suites came with top stove and they works so well we cooked full meals and I loved how we can borrow appliances like blenders waffle makers and more at the front desk we made sopes and empanadas I want to say the best part that i absolutely loved would have to be the soap the have the dove brand for hand soap lotion body wash conditioner and shampoo it was absolutely wonderful to feel like your actually at home

一段非常糟糕的入住體驗： 我現在懷着非常失望而且氣憤的心情寫下這封投訴信，作為一個常年旅行，住過不同品牌和類型的酒店，包括不同旗下IGH酒店，甚至是一個大學專業是酒店管理，畢業後在四季酒店工作過的住客。不得不説，這一次在Candlewood Suites Ontario-Convention Center的住宿體驗是前所未有的糟糕，可惜的是，這也是我第一次寫投訴信。 我在6月17號晚上在Candlewood Suites Ontario-Convention Center辦理入住，這是我第二次選擇入住這家酒店。6月17號的訂單是從6月17號到6月21號，4個晚上的入住。 在6月20號我向前台要求能否做房間清潔，前台回覆我：根據酒店的policy，你們衹為入住7個或者更多的住客提供房間清潔。即使這是我第一次能聽到這樣的policy，不管是第一次辦理入住還是第二次辦理入住在這家酒店。我聽完後沒有繼續要求房間清潔。 在6月20號晚上我在網上預訂繼續居住，這一次的入住時間是6月21日至6月24日，一共3個晚上。所以在6月21日上午11點左右，我又去前台要求房間清潔。因為根據這家酒店的policy，我兩次入住時間加起來是是7個晚上。按照你們的policy，我應該得到一次房間清潔。 但是，接下來所有發生的事情都超出了我的想象。 首先我問前台能否在你下午3點左右幫我做房間清潔，因為我會在下午3點左右離開房間。前台回覆我，她需要問清潔人員下午是否能做清潔，得到答案後再回復我。我説好的，然後返回我的房間。不久後，前台來我房間敲門，告訴我清潔工衹能現在有時間幫我做房間清潔。我説好的，那我就改變我接下來的計劃，提前離開酒店。所以你們可以幫我安排房間清潔。 大概過了幾分鐘後，我在酒店房間接到前台的電話，並告訴我説：清潔工已經被安排做其他的事情，沒有時間幫我的房間做清潔。我如果想要一間新房間，就衹能先退房，然後在下午三點再回酒店辦理入住。這也是我這輩子第一次聽到這樣的要求。 不知道看到這裏，你們會有什麼想法。我想請你們看看，從一開始入住你們酒店，我都是酒店説什麼，我配合你們。配合你們修改我的計劃，提前離開酒店，所以你們的清潔工可以幫我清潔房間。配合你們完全退房，等下午3點後再回酒店重新辦理入住。 可笑的是，我在退房的時候，前台問我是不是在在下午三點回來辦理入住？ 請你們看看這家酒店是用什麼的hospitality歡迎入住客户？給客户提供了多麼糟糕的解決方案，為客户製造了這麼多的麻煩？ 作為一位曾經在酒店工作過的客户，我理解酒店員工的辛苦。所以在入住酒店期間， 我一直讓自己不給你們添加更多麻煩，儘可能理解你們。但是，我用我對你們的理解換來了什麼結果？ 最後，我想針對這家酒店的做法提出幾點問題，希望你們能給我一個很好的解釋，而不是像前台回覆我的答案一樣，一聽就是在敷衍我。 1. 酒店衹為入住7個晚上的住客提供房間清潔，那麼我是否要在入住的時候被告知？ 2. 前台説清潔工因為被安排了其他工作呢，而不能為我的房間打掃衞生。那麼我退房後，酒店回讓我原來住的那間房間一直空着，直到第二天再打掃衞生嗎？如果不是當天就為退房的房間打掃衞生，那麼這個酒店的衞生情況很讓人擔憂。 3. 酒店要求我完全退房，下午3點再辦理入住。難道酒店沒有其他可以讓我立即辦理入住的房間嗎？一直堅持讓我下午3點再重新辦理入住，顯示了非常不人性化的一面。沒有站在住客的角度思考問題。 我選擇IHG旗下的酒店，是因為信任IHG的品牌。這是IHG Mission Statement： At IHG®, our purpose is to create Great Hotels Guests Love® by providing True Hospitality for everyone. 從這次入住Candlewood Suites Ontario-Convention Center的體驗，沒有任何時候看到你們providing True Hospitality for me.

衞生設施什麼很趕緊

Everything was good except the refrigerator made loud noises throughout the night

The location is very noisy and in a bad neighborhood. The hot tub they advertised is actually a mini swimming pool. The room itself was rundown. Drawers in kitchen wouldn’t close, hardly any utensils for cooking or eating. They ran out of towels every day. No ice. Only good thing was one very nice lady at the front desk.

I always stay at this property when going to music festivals and the staff here is so friendly and kind! I love this hotel also very clean!

The check in process was by far the worst that I have ever experienced. It took over 20 minutes to try to check in since the receptionist was unable to print the check in form and could not find a generic hard copy of the form for me to sign. That was AFTER waiting 15 minutes for the receptionist to take care of the guest in front of me that needed a receipt of his stay. I asked, but the receptionist would not let me go to my room while waiting for resolution of the printing issue even though the keys were already flashed. Again, worst experience ever - I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

My check in went ok. Hannah was nice, polite. When i asked about the points an unknown employer popped in and told me im not eligibile regardless of my platinum status. My room was ok. I discovered things that lets me know it wasnt cleaned properly. I had hair in my towels in the bathroom, the floors hadnt been swept. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk but no one has contacted me. Parking is a bit of an issue. There was one guest who took 3 spaces. I told the ladu at the front desk and she was like whatever. Its dangerous behind the hotel because there is no security. Also i fou d a used condom near my car...that was nice....overall it could have been better
