Can’t get closer to the beach!! NEED A STRESS-FREE GET AWAY? RELAX AT THE BEACH OR POOL AT OUR SUPER CLEAN DIRECT OCEANFRONT STUDIO! Efficiency studio with all amenities. Maximum of 2 people in this unit. Renter must be atleast 23 years old per Condo Association Rules. No roads to cross! Located on the beach! This is a 2nd floor studio with private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Located directly on the beach, brand new queen size Murphy bed, which has a memory gel mattress. Futon opens up to a full size bed. Use it as a comfy couch with the ottoman, or slide the ottoman under for extra room. Or put it flat to make a full size bed. On site parking, WIFI, cable TV, and phone service included. Small pool on property. Pets are NOT allowed.NO SMOKING in the units. Kitchen has just been remodeled. Self check-in with key-pad. This unit has direct beach front views and is 389 sq ft. The building has wooden steps to the beach directly in front of this unit. Whether you look left, right, or straight ahead the ocean is what you see. Don’t be fooled by misleading ads. There is a limited number of units in the building (12) that have balconies that directly face the ocean, and this is one of them! Don’t be disappointed, If comparing listings, always ask if the unit is DIRECT VIEW OCEANFRONT. Why look at the ocean from a side balcony, when you can rent the real thing! Beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, and a beach umbrella are included in unit for your exclusive use. 10x10 canopy available upon request(stored off property). In addition to cable tv, Netflix, Prime channels, and Pandora available. We intend to maintain or surpass the high standards of the previous owners, and provide the best rental experience possible! We don’t utilize a property management company. We want your experience to be personal and perfect, so we are directly involved in all aspects of our rental property. We utilize a local housekeeping company and utilize a HomeWatch firm if any problems occur. Excessive noise monitoring system (measures decibels not conversations). On -site security. Property mgr has security camera at entrance to parking lot, and at pool area. I will define total rental requirement in my first response to any inquiries. Event rates may apply during 'raceweek' and 'bikeweek.' Please contact me for any possible modified 'event' week dates you would like, either longer or shorter. Bikeweek requires minimum of 4 nites. Discounts available for monthly stays. Unit just remodeled . New kitchen, bathroom, and furniture! New high speed WiFi exclusively for this unit! For area information go to: ormondbeachmainstreet. Minimum stays might be increased due to additional time required for cleaning. Covid-19 cleaning procedures have been instituted. James and Sonya are fantastic. This is the cleanest condo with a great view of the ocean. Hosts are very easy to contact and take care of you the entire time. We highly recommend this property. We were able to see dolphins almost every morning. We will return to this property for more R&R.Thank you James and Sonya!

Great stay! We needed a little relaxation after 8 days at Walt Disney World. Great little unit, extremely clean and had everything you would need. Close to good restaurants as well. The unit faced the ocean and the beach was literally right outside. Great communication with the host as well. Zero problems and a wonderful way to unwind after Disney!

Excellent This property is very comfortable. Great location. I loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. The hosts provided info for things locally. There were specially folded washclothes, towels,and a tissue flower attached to the bath tissue to pretty up the bathroom. A very nice touch!

Best kept secret on the beach Everything was wonderful! Well stocked with items that you may have forgotten to bring. Great landing spot for shoppers. Close enough yet quiet location.Will definitely book again!

Perfect Getaway This condo was the perfect place to stay while visiting Ormond Beach. There wasn't anything that the hosts had not thought of as to stocking the condo. Such nice people. Hated to leave. Loved sitting on balcony watching the waves.

A favorite beach weekend spot for us! We found this gem in 2020 and we keep coming back every summer before our son goes back to school. we love how its right on the beach and also love that is in Ormond Beach but still close enough to Daytona Beach for the bigger things. The hosts are always so sweet and go above and beyond, and you can really feel their passion to make sure that your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. ❤️
