Holiday Inn Osaka Namba, an IHG Hotel is just stone throw away from Dotonbori

Location is great. Super convenient. Walking distance to Dotonbori shopping area. Lots of food options nearby. Generally a 'touristy' area. Took train out to other area as well, those with no English menu shops. Found e food outside this tourist belt slightly cheaper.

I love all those dove products they provided!! My hair smell good even after sweating all day long during this summer season. Oh about the room. I would say a bit smaller than we thought. But overall it's nice. Nearby lawson so can buy there easily.

Good for vacation, nice location just like every Japan hotel the room is a bit small.

Great location, rooms are a bit small but clean. Room service is only available 9-2pm but overall it’s ok.

To be honest, holiday inn has been quite disappointing these few years. This was my least favourite hotel amongst the ones I’ve stayed at in Japan. Service was good and they allowed us to check in earlier as the rooms were ready. But the rooms were really a tight squeeze, charging points were not in very accessible locations, lights were super dark and bad for getting ready, water kept getting clogged in the bathtub coz the flow was so slow…. But the good thing is that it’s in a very good location as many places were within walking distance. Though this can be a bad point as well if you’re staying on the lower floors as it can get quite noisy if you’re facing the streets. Which is what happened for my other room.

Located in a good location near Dotonbori, easy to fighting food around and shopping, a little bit pricey, but worth it 

The first 2 days the internet was too slow to use but the staff was very polite to accept it. Somehow, it started working 3rd day onwards. Location is amazing in the heart of the city.

Holiday inn Namba-Hotel desperately needs a make over stained hallways and lifts. Common area amenities in a bad shape. Only thing going for this hotel is the location. Perfect location walking distance to most of the attractions.Pictures on the site mislead us.Not sure how it is able to kept its 3 star status. International group of hotel. Bit surprised to see the status.Wouldn’t go there again.

Superb

Very convenient hotel which is just next to Dotonburi street, with Lawson just outside for your late night purchase. However as there is many clubs located beside, at night there will be some crowd and noise outside the hotel but overall safe. Room was clean but feels old and room service is good.

Located near the dotonbori area making it easy for us to takeout the street food or use the toilet back in our hotel room without having to jostle with the crowd. Noise from the street is to be expected during your slumber given the location. Ok for a night’s stay.

Clean room with good location. Lots of shopping and eateries within walking distance. Although the hotel is in a busy area, the room is quiet and noise free.
