Hotel Code Shinsaibashi

I had a good three night stay at Hotel Code. The room was extremely small, probably the smallest I've ever stayed in but it was clean. The staff there were lovely humans, so gracious and kind. They helped to make reservations, call taxis, call taxi drivers when I called an Uber to the wrong location, walked us around the corner on a separate occasion when I had also called Uber to the wrong location. Their people skills and service was five star! Although the room is really, really, really small, I would definitely stay again for the location, clean room, and kind humans. They also have a coffee machine in the lobby so you can make hot or cold coffee.

Really disappointing hotel booking, only saving grace was its location. Booked 2 rooms n one of the rooms had such bad ventilation even after a change. Worse was problematic bedroom didn't even have room cleaning service. Super lousy hotel, I wouldn't recommend it, not worth the price at all. Service was average. It's the worst hotel I've stayed in Japan

Such a good place to stay at. The location is excellent, the room is clean and expected. Staff are nice and can speak english very well

Great location! 3 mins walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street and where the trains are. 5-10 mins walk to the famous Dotonbori river. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Front desk was always polite and greets whenever u go out or come back to the hotel. There are many bars and restaurants downstairs but never affected there wasn’t any noise I could hear once we are in the room. Ultimately a great place to stay will totally stay here again when in Osaka! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Rooms are clean and considerably large.
