Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka

Perfect location, subway and JR are just on G/F, with a shopping mall next to it. Room is spacious with space for two big luggage (28’ & 30’)! Cleanliness is good!

The room is ok and spacious , but the bathroom is a bit old comparing to the room.

Recently, my group of 6 stayed at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel. Conveniently located along the KIX Airport shuttle route. Getting to the hotel is a breeze - even if it rains. Also directly connected to the train and metro stations. Sweet! Rooms are well maintained; and the aircon is quiet. Service Excellence: A big THANK YOU to Wang Lu - a frontline service staff. Super helpful in tracking down my iPad from JR West Rail ‘Lost & Found’ after I had left it on a train a day earlier. Domo Arigato! Very fond memories of my stay here 😄

Good and best location. Easy to access different directions of trains. Supermarkets and shopping mall just few steps away. Its also has direct bus to airport . Need not worry. But the breakfast has not change. Every morning the same dishes. (For almost 9 days the same ) A bit boring….

Nice location and room had been partly renovated. Generally, nice stay with family.

Was a lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms are large and very clean. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help. To mention a few things to consider if booking here. Breakfast is a little unorganised and only open until 9:30am so on your holiday you need to get up early for breakfast. Safe to say to get to breakfast by 8:30am as there are long lines to get in. The pool is not included in the stay and you need to pay extra. But this pool is more of an exercise pool then a relaxing one. Lastely if you are staying at the front of thr hotel you might be able to hear the busy street throughout the night. Other than that ter location was amazing being on top of a station also.

It’s very high standard hotel. Free bottled water everyday and can ask for more. The staffs are very well service.
