First, I am not sure whose mistake is this, but on Google Maps, the location of the hotel is wrong. It says, near Marina mall / SPICOT, but on calling the property, I was told it's elsewhere about 5 kms away. When I drove in around 11:00 PM, there was no security, no one to guide with parking. Just when I finished parking my car, a Valet sprung into action advising me to park my car closer to wall. Anyway, Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and "looked" neat. Both the Twin beds were not comfortable at all. It was too hard for my comfort. Hardly any amenities other than bottles of water. Stained couch set occupied the room as well. Though the room looks neat, on closer look it is actually not. There were stains on pillows and corners of room. Restroom wasn't tidy either. It was broken and stained. Amenities were poor. No dental kits and only one towel with no face towels. The washbasin leaked and was unclean. Breakfast was let down by their service. I ordered for eggs and dosa only to not find the person who took the order ever again. And no else was also there to attend to requests. I simply had bread and left. What should I do when I see no one? Checkout again was quick and easy. The valet was seen during check-out and he was merely an eager looking onlooker this time who seemed only curious on how I took my car out. I remember staying on few other Wyndham properties before, but this stay was just disappointing on so many levels.
