Luxury resort hotel near walking street in pai. Lovely staff and shuttle that takes you into town. Gorgeous rooms and amazing views.

Great Location. Good service. Free buggy to the town area. The villa is slightly old but still acceptable.

This hotel was within the most incredible location, the staff were amazing and would take you down to the town and back for no fee, the pool area was stunning with the most amazing scenes. Waking up in the morning to a mountain view where you can see the white buddha from a far was so dreamy. The rooms were spotless and very well kept and the breakfast was lovely and fresh with a healthy amount of things to choose from. I’d also recommend taking a walk around the grounds :)

We really enjoyed our stay there. Waking up with the Mountain View was so peaceful. Hotel shuttle was great. Breakfast was good too but more than 4 times would be boring cuz it’s repetitive. I had one of the best stays there. There is nearby motorbike rental shop and they are so kind and cheap by giving free extra hours when you return late.

The hotel’s outdoor area is absolutely beautiful! The gardens are impeccably maintained, and the mountain views are breathtaking. It’s peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind. I could have spent hours just enjoying the scenery.

Honestly, 10/10 hotel! It’s so peaceful, clean and has the most beautiful views and amenities. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The staff were lovely and if you didn’t want your room serviced, they would drop off fresh water, coffee, toilet paper and anything else you might need. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the hotel, otherwise you can borrow bikes or it’s a short walk to town when it’s not too hot. There is a really lovely restaurant within walking distance from the hotel who does amazing, very affordable food. We ended up extending another two nights as Pai was so lovely. Just up the road is a scooter hire company who is honest and fair; you can ride out to waterfalls, hot springs, lookout points for sunset and the white buda. There is also a little mini golf course within walking. So nice. The best view, gorgeous pool and sunbathe area. Nice shower. Excellent staff. A bit far out from walking street, but a shuttle was available up until 10pm! So was excellent. 10/10. Only thing I would say is we booked the villa, and there wasn’t much difference between that and a normal room, infact we probably would have rathered a room with a balcony, which was cheaper than the villa. I’d expect a little kitchen area or something for it to be advertising as a “villa”. But definitely not the end of the world, just take note and maybe save a couple of pounds! Room was massive though with nice outdoor area.

The pool and outdoor area is stunning, definitely worth 4 star. I also enjoyed the shower. However.... The rooms and breakfast are not to a 4 star standard, I have genuinely had better in 2 & 3 stars hotels. The rooms are old yet unfinished looking? None of the balcony doors or windows, or presses close as they are warped, so the smell of the wildfires was constantly in our room and the A/C couldn't fully work as the hot air was getting in from outside. There was makeup on the sheets as we just checked in.. and the WIFI is SO BAD. Once again I've had better wifi in hostels.. it comes and goes very frustrating. The breakfast had a fine selection, yet the rolls were rock solid and pastries were stale, they kept putting the same stale, hard rolls and pastries out every day I think it's just for show? It's sounds like I'm being picky, I'm honestly not I stay in 2/3 stars all the time I'm just disappointed as we were excited to stay in a 4 star and it was a massive disappointment apart from the pool.

Good hotel, breakfast, pool, but the room is quite old, the towels are sharpy.

The room was simple and clean with a stunning view. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, with a very well-maintained garden that added to the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was great. Would love to stay again.

It was one of our best stays. We recommend this hotel so much. Very good breakfast. Amazing pool and landscape. All the commodities in the rooms. Free shuttle to the city.

Positive: - The hotel was quiet and peaceful. - The view from the room was absolutely amazing. - The room was clean. - The breakfast was good. Negative: - The reception staff were not very helpful or welcoming. - There was no iron available. - The laundry service was very expensive. - The shampoo and other toiletries had a really unpleasant smell, almost like something was rotten.
