Hotel KC Cross Road

i had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. the room i was shown was old, poorly maintained, and had a musty, unpleasant odor. the noise insulation was terrible, and i could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. when i asked to upgrade, offering to pay extra, the front desk lost the key to the new room and couldn’t accommodate my request. the staff's attitude was apathetic, showing no urgency or interest in resolving the situation. after seeing the condition of the room, i refused to stay there altogether and decided to forgo the payment. i was also placed on the 4th floor, which appeared to have the worst rooms. i strongly advise against booking base rooms in this area of the hotel. overall, my experience was frustrating and well below expectations—i will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are very old and lack of basic facilities. Staff was goot and polite. Quality of food was also average.

I have already raised a complaint and waiting for the resolution! rooms, service, the ac was not working the rooms were dirty, the bathroom was not working, the shower was not working the bedsheet and under the bed was full dirty

Location is nice and in close proximity with the major markets and near by attraction. Room service was also nice. Food could have been better as there were limited options available. Overall a decent stay for short business trips near chandigarh and panchkula.

It's an average hotel and no worth for money. Not maintained properly. Need maintenance. Room are very small.

Room was smelling very bad. No proper staff support. Requested for first aid kit, they were not having same. I will not recommend this property to anyone
