I recently stayed at The Bellevue and while the overall experience was decent, there were a few hiccups that affected our stay. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that our room's AC was not functioning properly, which led to a transfer to another room. After a long day of travel, this was quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, the new room we were assigned wasn’t as clean as we expected, so we had to request housekeeping to tidy it up, which added to the frustration. The service at the resort was generally slow, particularly during dinner. The staff seemed a bit disengaged, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber. On a brighter note, the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and dinner, though average, was satisfactory. One of the highlights of The Bellevue is the range of activities available within the resort, which added value to our stay. Despite the service setbacks, we still managed to have a pleasant time overall. With some improvements in service speed and room maintenance, this could easily be a five-star experience.

We loved this hotel! Here are the reasons: 1. The service staff was so friendly and accommodating! They gave us extra beds for the kids and helped us with special requests. 2. We booked an island hopping tour from the hotel’s own tour agency and they have their own private boat and boatman who wear the resort’s shirts. The boatman are young, handsome, friendly and very accommodating. They took care of my little daughter while she was snorkeling, making sure she was ok and close to the boat. They were so responsible! 3. Design was super elegant, beautiful rooms, nice bathtub with good water pressure and temperature. Can use bath and shower at same time and not run out of hot water. 4. The tv has great options like Disney plus and was high definition 5. Beautiful pool and accommodating service staff, ready with warm towels. Good food at the restaurants! Lovely experience!
