這間飯店真的在非常隱密的地方 沒有免費提供接駁 需要自行搭車到飯店 但有免費接駁到alona beach 或者是任何靠近海邊的地點 遠點的地方也只需要給一點小額金錢即可 早餐不是自主吧 建議點美食早餐即可 叫車建議提早10-15分鐘告知人員 通常都需要等待 泳池因為風的關係基本都會有些落葉在裡面 溫度偏低 沒有拖鞋 需要其他備品請直接跟他們告知 個人覺得沒有很好 外面也一直有雞在叫 很吵 整體度10分給3分

Я бы поставил все 5 звезд, если бы не одно маленькое и очень досадное обстоятельство: Мы попросили сдать наши вещи в химчистку, но при отеле нет таковой и администратор отнесла вещи в другое место - вещи вернулись испорченными, с пятнами, которые теперь не отстирываются. Даже рад, что одни шорты из общего набора вещей не были постираны, они хотя бы не были испачканы дополнительно. Да и стоимость химчистки оказалась сильно дороже, чем изначально заявили. В целом - отель замечательный, хозяин с удовольствием отвечал на наши вопросы и всегда был открыт для разговора. Персонал на высшем уровне. Отель небольшой с крутыми номерами. отдельно хочется отметить дизайн номеров - сделано со вкусом! В них приятно находиться. Живности и насекомых в номерах не обнаружили. Несколько муравьев-разведчиков не в счет))) От отеля до основной торгово-ресторанной улицы пешком минут 10, на транспорте 5 минут за 100песо. До пляжа ещё плюс 5 минут ходьбы. Большой неожиданный плюс - это наличие разных настольных игр и места, где можно провести время компанией у бассейна. Кстати, бассейн чистый и комфортный. Рекомендую всем, кто приехал посетить достопримечательности Панглао и Бохоля. Это не для тех, кто хочет поваляться на пляже. Разве что у бассейна. Завтраки - на выбор из нескольких вариантов (филиппинский, американский, панкейки, каша и др.) - все вкусные и сытные. Ещё раз спасибо за теплый прием! Отель точно стоит своих денег!

環境一般，很偏遠，七拐八拐才能到，過去的路也是坑坑窪窪。房間很小，拖鞋也沒有。酒店寫的去阿羅那海灘免費接送，經常説車在修理沒辦法。寫的機場免費班車，實際跟我收錢，很無語，太不值這個價格。

С удовольствием повторю, если понадобится где-то остановиться на острове. Номер в целом продуман для комфортного проживания. Много света, что очень радует. Есть где разместить вещи. Удобная терраса и зона бассейна. Рекомендую администрации обратить внимание на завтраки: не понравились, не вкусные. Также в целом немного уставший вид в номеров, не помешало бы обновить покраску, хорошенько обработать сантехнику в ванной.

渡假村（民宿）環境還是不錯，但離海灘有點距離，需要搭他們的交通車到海邊，五點之後就要請櫃檯幫忙叫車。 許多設備問題： 房間沒有面紙，沒有拖鞋，沒有被子。 晚上的洗澡用水，剛好沒有熱水。 第四台剛好故障。 網路又有些問題。 晚上下大雨，外面的雨遮地方，又無法完整遮雨。 感覺是只有漂亮，其他的普通。

房間少，所以很安靜 位置比較偏僻，但飯店有自己的tutu 可以到街上很方便。早餐的粥超讚！ 非常推薦大家來住喔！

原本訂2晚，房間住在204 結果水壓小到不能洗澡的那種 我們反應之後跟我們說會修 但都沒有任何改善 後來決定換一間住 那邊的服務人員才說那間本來水壓就有問題，但經理一直接客也不改善 我訂一晚臺幣大概3000多 結果說只退我6000披索 直接跟他們理論 後來退一晚的價格給我

總體還可以，但是遺留在房間一瓶香奈兒洗面奶和洗髮水，都是剛買的。打電話過去詢問居然給我丟了，也沒有打電話詢問我們要不要了，服務差評

It's such a charming spot, though it's a small road going in. The facilities are well kept, the pool villa is spacious and beautifully designed. The food is fresh and delicious, with a simple presentation that makes every meal a treat. Happy hour is a real highlight, great drinks in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. I'll be back here on our next visit!

Overall an OK experience at Bird of Paradise Hotel. There’s many many positives, which I’ll happily highlight below, however, also quite a few areas of improvement that I hadn’t anticipated encountering with how the resort is priced and advertised. Pros: Staff generally were brilliant, friendly, happy and would go out their way to assist you when asked about anything. Particular positive mentions for the reception/ front desk individuals, who helped us organise trips/ tuk tuks and handled questions admirably. Although I would highlight they seemed to be lacking in numbers or training at times - this is not way a blame attached to them though. The free Tuk Tuk service into Alona beach was great and a nice addition considering the dark nature of the lanes to the hotel. Location was fairly good for us, close enough to get into Alona beach easily but far enough out that it was not in anyway rowdy. The bed in the room was a great size and extremely comfortable! Cons: Our room was dark (ground floor) and damp with lots of visible mould in the bathroom - which despite leaving the extractor fan on continually, would always be soaking in condensation and damp all day. This made it a favourite spot for the mosquitos annoyingly. Overall cleanliness, linked to the above item, was average at best across the hotel in my opinion - I’d have expected much better for the offering they present. Examples include the floor area around the pool and at breakfast being continually dirty and looking as if they hadn’t seen a mop in days, old pool towels being left on sun beds for days at a time and the same for plates at beer bottles/ glasses, which I had to request be moved after sitting gathering insects for over 24 hours. Food was pretty poor across the board, breakfast being selected the night prior makes total sense in the stock management sense but the choices were repetitive and food often appeared reheated or badly prepared. Snacks/ lunch also left a lot to be desired, they were cheap takeaway style or often items were not in stock. Lack of sun beds/ space around the pool area. I got the feeling this hotel, prior to the addition of villas, would have great vibes and space etc, but the villas and families which come with these have made the pool and surroundings far too small and often crowded and noisy. The hotel ran out of water twice in our trip of 5 days, requiring some form of pump fix/ reset which delayed evening showers and or stopped functioning of the toilet. This was only for 30 mins at a time but I wouldn’t expect it for the price paid. If I could, I’d rate this 3.5 stars due to the staff, however it certainly doesn’t meet 4 or 5 IMO, hence the 3 selected. I don’t want to appear fully negative, we did enjoy our stay here and the positives are good ones, however, if we were to return to Alona Beach, we would not stay at Bird of Paradise because of the cons mentioned above. Don't come hear it's a building site constant noise all day can't use the pool because of terrible noise all day long 7 days a week early morning till nighttime lots of nice quiet hotels in resort don't come hear a thin fence between you and all the noise and dust disgusting it's not mentioned anywhere book somewhere else

Located in the beautiful Panglao Island just few minutes from Alona Beach...there is a good reception area.
