It was a mixed experience. The staff was welcoming and kind, but upon entering the hotel, I couldn't tell if the 2 AC lobby was broken or if they were trying to cut costs. The hotel personnel were sweating. During my two-night stay, I was surprised to see the same person who cleaned outside also serving our food. This lack of separation between roles was concerning and unhygienic. Additionally, the pool area had many insects, and again, the same person who is cleaning was also responsible for serving. It is important for proper hygiene standards to be maintained, especially considering the price we paid for our stay, which was not cheap for just two people. To add to our disappointment, a staff member approached us wearing shorts, slippers, a cup, and a sando, offering us cocktails and if we did not asked we will think that he is the owner he is very talkative, we did not believe that they are hiring people wearing only shorts and slippers. We expected better service and professionalism. Hygiene and hospitality are crucial to us, and we hope that the hotel will improve its standards, considering the beautiful and naturalistic property they have.
