Fantastic hotel. Lovely staff, lots of entertainment, lovely room ,lovely pool. Great sports bar. Entertainment team work really hard getting people involved in all the activities available. Noah and christiana from the entertainment team are fabulous, very friendly, always got time for a chat. Food is good and a great choices for all. Gym has enough to have a good workout. Spas lovely. Only here for 4 nights but wish it was a lot longer. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The food is great, the rooms are basic but clean and the beds are comfy. Table sevice for drinks is an extra nice touch and the waiting staff are great. Would have loved a balcony with a view rather than a tree but don't use it anyway to be fair. Entertainment staff are great fun and encourage everybody to get involved in the fun. Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is a little isolated but a 20 min walk or a short taxi ride gets you to the bars and restaurants galore.

The hotel his great, we loved the pool And the entertainment stuff The food was so so, you can bring more vegan options. The rooms in the garden are so so as well, must do something with the curtain. As total adventure we had a good time as a family

Really excited to visit this hotel based on reviews, whilst some improvements are needed which I’ll talk about it didn’t disappoint. We arrived late and were warmly greeted at reception with a sandwich and checked in quickly, we just had time for a few drinks before going to bed. Rooms - So this was probably the only disappointing part of the stay. Whilst the room was clean and tidy, it didn’t feel like a 4 star and needed some improvements. The bathroom felt tired and needed re- grouting, the toilet seat was stained, the bathroom door was off a hinge (room 364) and the toilet was constantly dripping. The room only has a fridge and hair dryer so could be better appointed. Our room was quiet and the mattress was comfy. A point to note on the bed, the quilts aren’t covered, you only have sheets between which felt a bit odd and a concern around hygiene? Food & Drink- Amazing and could not get enough of it. I can’t speak highly enough about the food standard, variety and presentation. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect, we ate once in the harbour and it wasn’t up to the hotel standard and it was an expensive option too. A mention to the waiters and waitresses, this is a demanding operation and they do it to an exceptional standard.. I wish I could remember all their names, it’s a tough gig and they are always smiling! Drinks were good, if you like a premium beer you need to pay but other drink options were nice.. especially the iced coffee with baileys! Activities - Noah and Christina are great during the day, getting people involved and interacting. The polo could be a bit testerone fuelled which could put people off but depends who’s sat around the pool I guess. Aqua Zumba and the 10.30 dance always brought smiles! Pools - Great pools, well looked after and inviting. Life guards need to keep a close eye on the pool when on shift rather than talking or looking at phones. More needs to be done about sun beds, far too many are taken and the 7am policy just isn’t respected. In the end we had no choice but to join in otherwise we’d not see the sun all day! Area - Not the best outside the hotel but only 15 min walk to the harbour or shopping complex. What makes this hotel is the food and staff, undoubtedly 5 star…. Give the rooms TLC and tighten up a few bits and it’s not far off perfect! Thank you for a great holiday!

Food was amazing and the room was fantastic and lizzy from entertainment was absolutely amazing and the live singers were also really good it's been my best holiday so far I would definitely come back here next year it's been amazing .......

Loved this hotel. Excellent service and food was amazing. Couldn't fault it. Staff were exceptional lizzy suzette natalya to name a few. Pool area well maintained and plenty of beds. Loved the complimentary fruit and wine on arrival. Entertainment was great also.
