Stay was pleasant. Good food. Overall ambience & executives, staff dealings par excellence.

Stayed 2 nights, good property, rooms are okay, food is okay. It's near to the sea beach which is an added advantage

It's neat and clean, prompt services available, food is good and hygienic. Has gym spa swimming pool facilities and some indoor games. Staff is cooperative. Thank you.

the swimming pool was under construction which was not mentioned earlier so that was very annoying and the room was quite average comparing with the room charges which was very High. not satisfied

Very pathetic situation at empires paradeep. On 22nd march 2024 , I checked in your hotel at 10.15 pm. Here from the hotel, they are allotted a room bearing room no 122. When I entered that room, I saw that the room was full of smoking gas. It also smells a lot. But the hotel staff told us that don't worry, sir, I switched on the ac & the smell disappeared in some time. After staying in that room in half an hour, i want to go to the toilet. After using the toilet, I saw that the flush of the toilet is not working properly. So I called reception to check these issues. After some while 2 staff members came & appolige about their problems. But I requested the hotel manager to visit my room. After the manager visited, he saw that the smoking smell was also there and flush also not working properly. After they are changing my room to room no 114. Here in that room, no mini bar is available. Here also the split ac is not available. Only window ac is there. Food is ok from their restaurant. After dinner, I went to sleep at 12.10 am. At 2.26 a.m., I wake up due to full of sweat in the bed & full of mosquito bites. I saw the window ac is not working properly. Here is also no availability of remote for operating the ac. So I think I have to check out from here. I take a bath & and am ready to check out. I checked out from the room at 4.15 am on 23rd march 2024. Here wifi facility is not available. Really very pathetic situation here in empires paradeep. As per my knowledge, I can't refer anyone here to stay.
