Quite spacious! I love the location - walkable to convenience stores and restaurants. The buffer breakfast was good and well stocked.

We booked a Deluxe King Room for 1 night here and we love our stay. The receptionist said that the standard check in time is 3:00pm but we were allowed to check in as early as 2:00pm. There was a ₱2,000 security deposit upon check in which is of course refundable. The room number given to us was 1202. It is a corner room and on the highest floor. Our room is in the corner and the window is smaller as compared to other rooms’. Our room is spacious. Bigger than what you would expect for a 3 star hotel. The room has basic amenities - cable TV, split type aircon, a safe for your valuables, working desk, a sofa, open closet, toilet & bath with hot shower. Even the bathroom is spacious. It has hair blower also and free 2 toothbrushes and ample towels provided during our stay. Our bed is truly a king size bed and we love how comfortable the bed was. Aircon wasn’t working perfectly, it’s either too cold or too warm which is weird. The room does not have enough lighting. The TV has cable channels but it’s not a smart TV so no Netflix, etc. We went to 6th floor to try the swimming pool. Surprisingly, we got it to ourselves. We enjoyed the pool for a full 1 hour without any other hotel guests joining us. We called housekeeping to request for towels and we were given right away. Pool bar is closed. Pool is not heated. We did not avail of the buffet breakfast. Hotel is walking distance to City of Dreams, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parqal. Hotel has its own parking space for 3 levels.

Sequoia location is really nice and very affordable. This is my go to hotel whenever i have concert to attend in moa arena. All the staff are nice and the hotel feels like an expensive one. and plus one point for indoor pool. For the tv i dont really use it but sometimes it doesnt have a signal

The location is quite good, right across from the City of Dreams. The rooms are reasonably comfortable. However, I was surprised to find that the hotel does not provide coffee or tea bags in the room. If you want a drink, you have to go down to the lobby, which is a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I found that the bedsheets were not properly cleaned, which was disappointing.

Location is near COD but it is still quite a walk as everything in this area is far apart. A lot of small tiny cockroach looking like bug in the room. Room was tidy but rubbish was not cleared. Towels are not cleaned properly. A lot of bed bugs. Wifi is horrible in the building , cell network even worst. Bedroom is big and spacious nonetheless.

Hotel check-in is not a pleasant experience. With chairs lined up for arriving guests as if you are awaiting a bus boarding. This is the first interaction of guests to hotel hence experience should be pleasant.

The room provided to us was quite small, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. It would have been better if it were a bit more spacious, especially for the price we paid. While the space was clean and organized, the size definitely fell short of our expectations.

We stayed before flying to the airport. It was a basic business hotel. We booked as there was a restaurant, pool and roof bar, all of which was closed and we werent told about it.

Only stayed one night before flight so can't comment too much. Rooms were large and clean. Only negative comment is the need for a room damage deposit which seems archaic.
