한쿡인들 다시 생깍해봉낄 바랍니다 사진만 믿고 5성급이라고 방문했는데 진짜 별로에요 다른 4성급 신축이나 리모델링이 훨 저럼한데 5성인거 보고 돈 더 냈다가 완전별로에요 카페트 오염 심하고 샤워부스 곰팡이 및 시설 열악합니자 오픈 당시엔 좋았을지 모르겠으나 완전 별로고요 이 돈 내고 여기 재방문 안합니다 다은 조은 선택궈니 너무마나여 네이버 후기 믿지마십쇼 마르지엘라 어메니티 없고 전부 올인원스러운 브랜드없는 충전식 줍니다.

This is a terrible hotel, definitely not up to the universal 5 star hotel standards. This is absolutely disappointing, not only do they not accept refunds the biggest room they have is incredibly small. We had a sofa bed and the mattress was so thin that you could feel the metal on your skin. Not only that but this is a massive scam, the toilet door lock is broken and everything is very badly done considering how expensive the prices can be. A 5 star hotel should care more about their reputation than the money that they receive from the guests, if a guest feels uncomfortable in any point of their stay the hotel should figure out other solutions. The location of this hotel is horrible too because it is right in between the bad areas of paris. The photos of the of the hotel rooms do not match up to the actual rooms, not only is the view unsatisfying, the reception doesn’t even have a lobby. The “lobby” consists of 3 chairs and an overdecorated reception that doesn’t even match the rooms, it’s as if the reception is all for look. There was only one small elevator that could only fit 3 people, let alone luggage. Not to mention the elevator is right in the restaurant of the hotel which leaves a very strong smell when you get out. A true 5 star hotel that this hotel claims to be at usually has a corridor just for elevators that leads to the exit of the hotel which I do not see in this one. Not only is the service poor, they sometimes find themselves lacking basic necessities like an adapter. Although it is the olympics and every hotel is busy but a 5 star hotel should not ever run out of adapters considering the amount of international people that travel to paris especially during the olympics. They are not well prepared for the events in paris and not prepared for their guests to have a comfortable stay. The service is horrible and I am just dumbfounded about this whole situation. There is no way possible that this hotel is 5 stars, I’d rather pay a little more to stay in a real international 5 star levelled hotel. Disappointing truly.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night wish we would have stayed longer. Amazing location, clean, great customer service and lots of history! Our room was perfect no complaints. We had some drinks at the restaurant at the hotel, great service and delicious food. We saw so many things in one day Paris is breathtaking, so much history and beauty. The Eiffel Tower at night time was beautiful. Everyone was really nice. Felt safe. We had no complaints or issues. It was easy to get taxis, so many people enjoying the nightlife eating, drinking & laughing. We walked back to our hotel. This hotel really was in a great location! So glad we picked this hotel. Would definitely book here again.

This is the only hotel I will stay in Paris. Maison Breguet is a boutique hotel with a spa, indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. The restaurant’s waiter, Laurent, was very attentive. The food was sublime. The cocktails were exquisite. A block and a half from metro. Amazing HUGE farmers market by the metro on Thursdays. All for a reasonable price. Even the laundry service left me impressed with the care they took to prepackage items for travel! The neighborhood is ideal: not overrun by tourists, ample cafes and bistros, Bai Express is down the street and offers authentic dimsum even late at night. Truly Maison Breguet impressed me at every turn. I wish they had a chain of hotels in every city, so I could be content and pampered in all my travels.

In summary I was very dissatisfied with my stay at Maison Breguet. I booked a Junior suite directly with the hotel in August 2024. I have a paper trail of emails between the hotel and myself asking to be allocated a walk in shower due to a health issue. I arrived at the hotel on the 19th October for two nights to be given a room with a very deep bath and no walk in shower. I get moved to another room which has a walk in shower but only one double bed. I booked a Junior suite for myself and my two daughters age 14 and 17. Once in the second room, we realised that there was no sofa bed for the third person. The reception staff called me and offered me another room for the next day with some complementaries for my inconvenience of allocating my room to another guest. We went to bed and I had the most uncomfortable night in bed with my two daughters, as the bed was too small for three adult size people. The next day we got moved to the newly suggested room and the bathroom had a walk in shower and there was a sofa bed. I would now like to add, there were no complementaries. The hotel charged my friend and I €16 for two cups of camomile that evening, this should have been at the very least, complimentary and the unopened bottle of wine that was in my prior room with a welcome note from the hotel had not been put in my new room, there was nothing. The shower actually made me feel ill looking at the tiles. They were all full of soap scum and there was mould around the base of the shower. This is not the standard of a five star hotel that I expect and I will be looking into this accreditation. I already emailed the hotel upon my return to London and they sent me a very poor standard response of they were “saddened” to hear all of this. How is that helpful? I emailed the hotel personally in the first instance, as I thought that was only fair and to give them every chance to redeem themselves. This hotel needs to improve its standards. My room was €600 per night. It was a 3* standard and should be priced accordingly. Very poor. I will not be returning there on my next visit to Paris, I would be ashamed to recommend if and I will be investigating the accreditation. I hope this honest review is helpful to those of you that are considering staying here, as it certainly would have helped me make my decision.

The location is great for some nice restaurants and bars. The staff were nice and very helpful. The breakfast was really good, a variety of things included in the price of our room. We used the sauna and the pool one evening. Our room was on the 4th floor, you could open the windows, there was plenty of storage and the bathroom had a great view. We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights during the Olympics

What a little treasure. From check in to check out we can’t say enough about how all the staff being so friendly helpful and knowledgable. Our wonderful guy at the bar who made us 2 amazing cocktails to Baptiste who recommended places to eat. Housekeeping was wonderful. BRAVO to you all for making our 2 night stay unforgettable

We stayed in the hotel 3 nights- extremely clean, well located and excellent service. The manager (Laurent) looked after all the little details during our stay which was incredible. The spa is also a great addition- although not big, it’s very well maintained, modern and hygienic. There are several restaurants and bars just a short walk from the hotel too. Will definitely be coming back to Maison Breguet!
