Park Hyatt Paris Vendome is a very very very very nice place to stay
This hotel has everything and more- luxury, convenience, comfort and hospitality! The rooms have comfortable luxurious bedding, gold fixtures in the bathroom (even heated toilet seat) and their guest relations manager, Angeliqua goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable! Dining options are superb as well.

We had a short, but great stay at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme! The apartment sized suite had everything we needed and was comfortable, clean and quiet. One of the nicest aspects was all the room in the bathroom area to spread out your luggage. The bed was comfortable, the HVAC worked flawlessly and the strange bathroom setup produced great water pressure in the shower. The staff we interacted with were universally helpful and kind. Special thanks to the concierge staff for restaurant help! We stayed using Hyatt points and it was a steal for what we paid. The area is very busy and very central in Paris. If you want bustling, touristic and to be in the heart of some high-end shopping, this is your spot! Our only regret is not having a few more days in this excellent hotel.

Park Hyatt Vendome @parkhyattparis stole @mr.thecan Cartier ring and they are not helping him and ignoring him! You working with park Hyatt is it not damaging your reputation? Tell them to help @mr.thecan @parkhyattparis.......,. ....

As a Hyatt Globalist, I felt that I was being taken care of by all the staffs. At the entrance, staffs will start to take care of your all belongings and you will feel PH’s luxuriousness as soon as you get in. The staffs at the front desk are very kind and they did their best as much as they can to fulfill my expectation. The hotel condition was top-notch. The room condition was perfect and spacious for two of us. I also loved the lobby bar with cozy chairs and atmosphere.

Traveled from USA to Paris—company-sponsored event. We arrived in France at 0630. We arrived at the hotel at 0830. The hotel would not accommodate a room for us even though they knew travelers from all over the USA were coming in for a corporate event. We were told we could not get into the room until 1500. They didn't offer any solution. Many folks were left stranded and beyond tired. I am sure the hotel was not at total capacity. We were promised to be in our room by 1500. We didn't get into the room until 1530.

I am writing this review as I have been shocked and disgusted by the Park Hyatt Vendome in paris. I went with my husband for our 9th wedding anniversary and we had the do not disturb ( privacy) on our door throughout our stay. Normally we do this anyway as have a lot of hermes bags/designer stuff etc we just don’t want touched unless we are in the suite. On thé day of checkout we had agreed with Emilio who was the only manager in the hotel at the time as the GM Gorka was travelling. That my check out would be by 7pm that evening. I was out at Louis Vuitton for my appointment and just on the way back to the hotel at just after 6pm when I got back to my suite I quickly got my bags and left by just after 7pm. To my horror when I went to put on my Cartier love pave diamond ring I saw it had been taken out of my Cartier box which was in my Louis Vuitton travel bag. I immediately called the hotel who told me she was the only member of staff at reception so they had to check in the morning what had happened. I then called back first thing in the AM but nobody new about the situation and I then requested to speak to the hotel manager Gorka. I was told by Emilio at the hotel Gorka will contact me as he doesn’t give out his email etc to guests but luckily I found it online after a few minutes searching. I sent him the email and I was shocked to find out a maid had entered my room even though do not disturb was on the door. She had entered around 15 minutes before I had got back from Louis Vuitton. She entered the suite which she has absolutely NO need to do and I only new of this after being told by Gorka the hotel manager. Since this finding even though it is illegal that she entered I have been unable to get any assistance from the hotel and this ring was €18,900 and they just keep telling me they’d pass it on to their insurance company. They didn’t even apologise or do any action in regards to the illegal maids entry. Then to make matters worse Michel Morauw who is the managing director for park Hyatt had incorrectly emailed me thinking he was emailing Gorka the hotel GM and stated the following “ Gorka Just a thought. Do you have the reading of the locks. If it shows only the guest entries and no staff in between, could we share this ? Michel” This made me think the hotel new something more than about what has happened. And now their insurance company are stating as the ring was not in the safe they won’t assist. This is obviously something what I feel people who might want to stay at this hotel need to know. As obviously you’d never expect a hotel worker to enter your room when do not disturb is on the door and help themselves to your belongings. I now have to start legal proceedings which is something I’m prepared to do but I wanted to leave this review as a warning that if you stay at this hotel the park Hyatt Vendome the do not disturb will be ignored and staff will enter your room without your knowledge and should something go miss

I would give this a 2 star rating if it weren't for the customer service provided. I was super excited to experience the Park Hyatt in Paris. I thought even a basic room would be delightful. I was wrong. The rooms are not sound proof. The windows don't even have have big curtains to block light and sound. The signature decoration style is WEIRD to scary. People compared it to mud skeleton people to Inca mummy sacrifice. The problem is that it's everywhere: every light, wall, door knob. It's too much and so so creepy. And then there were noise issues: hearing full conversations from the people on the street to the ventilation system making crazy high pitched wails at 11pm. Restaurant had the most staff I've seen in a hotel and the service was still super slow. The hotel was super busy. Again, the super professional customer service was appreciated. I shared my disappointment and the hotel was responsive. However, I will not be back. Spend your money elsewhere. This price, for the problems, is not what I want from a Park Hyatt.

My favourite hotel in Paris and has constantly delivered exceptional service when I had had the opportunity to stay. Staff that only anticipates your needs but would go out of there way to make my stay comfortable. Did not get a chance to have a meal this time.

Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing staff. Can not say enough great things about this hotel. We loved the spa and the food and beverage service was incredible. The staff also did everything to help make our stay memorable. We would stay here again next time we are in Paris.

This is a grand hotel with an intimate feel, which provides a delightful experience. The service is impeccable, the food is delicious, the location is perfect. The rooms are nicely sized and the king size bed is as comfortable as it can be. Perfect for romance! When the weather permits, the courtyard restaurant is quiet and elegant.
