This is just my opinion. I'm sure others will disagree. Stayed for 4 nights in late September. The hotel has a lift, but luckily, we were on the first. First off, I personally would not class it .. a hotel, a hostel is the more appropriate word. Not all rooms have a bathroom on the first floor. It has no bar, no dining area, or lounge area. It does a continental breakfast, I'm not sure what, though. I found it strange that you had to hand in your key every time you left the premises , there are bars and restaurants all around and a supermarket across the road. Our room was at the front of the building. This meant we got very little sleep, bars stay open very late so it's very loud at night. The street outside is very busy at night, lots of loud cars passing by. It's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but I can tell you that people 100 per cent were smoking in there.... including staff in the room behind reception. Finally, it's very true ... you get what you pay.
