Traveled with a family member and asked for twin beds. When I booked, it was an option to request, but when checking in, they had none available. I asked if there was any possible way, as it wasn't apropos for me to share bed with my young family member (not my child). They said no, so I stated I would be looking to change hotels and asked if that would cost anything. The night desk worker stated no, since I only paid my first night online. So we booked another hotel, that was able to guarantee twin beds. Infuriatingly, when we checked out the next morning, the new desk worker stated that the manager denied to request to not charge for nights I did not stay. I explained the situation again and she said she'd explain to her manager that the only reason we booked the separate hotel was that they said they wouldn't charge the days I had not stayed. This lack of proper communication is completely unprofessional. Additionally, for those that don't have issue sharing a double bed, be aware the room and bathroom are incredibly small. There's no room to change in the bathroom. So just be prepared.
