First time at Privato Ortigas, the room is old and the faucet is slightly moving when you want to use it and the curtains has a stain. Price is worth it for an overnight stay

The location is good. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great stay overall! The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly. However, I hope they upgrade the TV soon for a better viewing experience and their pool.

The hotel was clean and elegant. The view from the roof-deck pool at night was also astounding. When we came, only my kids and I were at the pool; it felt so private. The buffet breakfast in the morning was good also as well as the service. Thank you, we had a memorable staycation.

Will definitely book again next time. Worth it 👌

Great location. Walking distance to the mall, restaurants and brgy.Kapitolyo. The staff are friendly and housekeeping personnel are approachable. Pool is small but the size is just right for kids. Overall, it was a good stay with Privato.

We booked the room because we were looking for a convenient stay within Pasig. I must say that Privato did not disappoint with the experience. The room is exactly as advertised, the food is good and the location is walking distance from Estancia Mall. We also enjoyed the dip in the pool, the water is very clean. Our only criticism is that the elevator is a bit slow, but other than that, Definitely worth the price.

We really had a great time staying here at Privato Ortigas Hotel. This is our 2nd time hope for more booking ! 🥰🥰🥰

Good day. The property was quite busy when I checked-in, reason for having a queue to be 3-4 deep for a single front desk officer at around 14h00 but he managed very well to process all of us. The room given to me was clean and tidy. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who was there on my 2nd day, he seems to be enjoying his job very much. Over all stay was very pleasant and looking forward to coming back to this hotel soon.

The location is very convenient. There are nearest mall, restaurants, and The staffs are very friendly! Will surely comeback 🥳🥳
