I have already voiced my displeasure in an email to the manager of this property regarding our 4 nights stay from July 18-21 and checking out on July 22nd. Not only was our 2 queen bed room much smaller than it appeared in the hotel photos, the carpet was stained and dirty as was the cloth chair which we would not use. A table w/2 chairs was the sole option for bags and luggage for our party of 3. If we had actually had a party of 4, this would have been an absolute disaster. There was one table between both beds that already has the room phone and clock on it. No tables on the wall side of either bed for your phone, a drink, or anything else? Next came the big surprise. We checked out as required with no issues and returned home. However, upon checking to ensure that we were charged the proper rate, my card issuer informed me of an unauthorized (unknown) charge of nearly $100.00 that was charged to our card without our knowledge? This is a charge for damages that you are normally informed of. Not only we were not informed of this charge, it DOES NOT APPEAR anywhere on our hotel receipt??? What happens to all of this money for unknown charges? I fully intend to make sure that my money is returned. I also intend to investigate the reason that such charges were not documented on my receipt. Something smells really fishy here! Finally, I will say that our shower, mini-fridge, and breakfast were above average at similar hotel chains. However, being veteran guests of Comfort Inn's for many years our room wasn't even close to average. Good luck, take your chances on this one. ***NOTE*** As of the writing of this review, I have not yet had a return email response from hotel management. J.
