(See attached letter plus attachments) Several Issues, including: Cold food, limited choice and shortage of food, staff appeared miserable and lack of awareness relating to Health and Safety Issues. Also, when our concerns were brought to the attention of Management, they gave the impression that they were uninterested. They made an attempt to appease us by leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit in our room, which they subsequently attempted to charge us for on our final bill until we drew it to their attention! We have visited this previously family run hotel for over 2O yrs and been entirely happy. However, although we will be returning to Paxos we will be staying somewhere where the customer is valued.
